26th Aug 2024 (20 weeks ago)I chose Micheal Anthony because I had seen their signs in my locality, so I knew they were conversant with the prices in the area. From the beginning, they were helpful and kept me in the loop constantly. The housing market is slow right now, but they stuck with the plan and were successful in the end.

23rd Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have recently sold our house and bought our forever home using Jackson- stop! We found Jackson- stop a proactive and professional estate agent to with. Anthony especially who we mainly delt with was always available to talk too, and did everything he could to keep everyone in the chain happy. All staff had a friendly manor, emails and phone calls always being returned promptly.

21st May 2024 (7 mo. ago)My wife and I uses Cranes Estate Agents to purchase our recently new home, and the service we received couldn't have been better, Gareth was our first point of contact from booking the viewing to meeting us on site, and relaying our offers. Clair then had the task of ensuring the purchase went smoothly, and she certainly did, very informative throughout, quick to reply with any queries we had, and made it feel a very personal experience from start to finish. We definitely wouldn't hesitate in using Cranes again.

6th Oct 2020 (4 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

I have never been so grateful for that recommendation. When Adam first walked through my door I warmed to him instantly. He is very straight to the point and says it how it is which I think is brilliant. I had already had two valuations by other agents, but Adam was the only Estate Agent who showed me what research he had done and why my house could go on the market for that price. After about 10 minutes of talking to Adam I knew I wanted him to sell my property. Everything was done so quickly and professionally. The photos and write up on my house was just amazing and it actually sold within four days of it going on the market. After selling I needed to find somewhere to live which Adam had already said him and his team could help me with. Adam gave me recommendations for a solicitor and a mortgage broker and I was again extremely thankful as both were brilliant. When it came to buying my purchase this is where I can not fault or recommend the lovely Daryl. He has been my absolute hero through the whole process of my purchase and the sell. Daryl has so much knowledge of Shared Ownership. For me this was a new route to go down and I felt very nervous and unsure about it all, but Daryl made it so easy to understand and went through it all with me. He helped me with any paperwork that I didn’t understand, any question was never to small or silly to ask at any time of the day. Both Daryl and Adam were always available on the phone but If they didn’t answer you could guarantee they would always call back or even when it came to collecting vital documents they would be there. Daryl went above and beyond as an estate agent and made me feel at ease and nothing was ever too much trouble for him to do. As a single mum getting on the property ladder again was a very scary time for me especially as I had lived in my old house for 18 years. Daryl’s expertise about Shared Ownership’s made my life so less stressful. I could go on about how amazing, caring and wonderful Daryl is but I would be here forever. If you need to know anything about buying a Shared Ownership I would highly recommend Daryl. On the day of completion, Daryl arrived at my new house and was there when I received my keys! I can not thank you enough for all your help and mostly for the wonderful support you have given me to start a new chapter in my new home. My journey of selling and buying with Haig property Professionals, is an understatement when I say they made my experience 100% less stressful. I would not use any other estate agents if I was to move again. Thank you Adam and Daryl for being THE BEST at what you do. You are amazing and I will forever be grateful to you both.
