We worked with elevation to help us move from London to Bedfordshire. The process was incredibly smooth and the service was excellent.
We didn't find them to be pushy or aggressive like other agents. From first contact they were working towards finding our dream home within our chosen budget and 3 months later we are finally there.
Thank you Elevation!

I had a viewing booked with elevation for last night after seeing a property matching my search criteria on rightmove. I phoned to book the viewing and was told they were only doing 2 days of viewings on that particular house and booked me in for the following evening. Yesterday, 4 hours before the viewing, I was called and told that my viewing was now cancelled as they had already sold the house the previous day. I asked why the offer was put forward before all viewings had been honoured but couldn't get an answer. My understanding is, all viewings are completed, ALL offers are collected and put to the vendor who then chooses the offer most suited to them, not just given the first offer they receive and then cancel all the other viewings. This is a very unprofessional way of working and the way it was dealt with was also very disappointing. I would like to say this has been the first instance that elevation have been poor but it isn't. I did view a property a few months ago that was grossly overvalued following research into the street and area by myself, when I viewed the property, the agent didn't know the answer to 90% of my questions and admitted that that was the first time he had seen the house himself and hadn't been told any information by the office. I am so glad I haven't chosen elevation to sell my house, and I would not choose them in the future either.
