8th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)They are the managing agent for the property I rent. I always find them polite, responsive and they get any issues resolved quickly.
29th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)On first impressions came across as confident of a very quick sale. Then once this didn’t happen started asking me to reduce the property by £10k increments on a fortnightly basis (you gave the price recommendation) I was dropped like a stone and passed over to the office junior - no weekly calls as I had requested and virtually no feedback from very few viewings - if any, I had to chase !! Once I could get out of the contract I even had to call them to get my property removed from right move !! Talk the talk but dont follow through on what they say they can offer. Don’t waste your time or money !!

I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Highly Recommend! I rented a property in Corby for just over a year and anytime I had a problem I was able to speak to someone immediately. Any issue I had was dealt with very quickly and there was great communication between myself, Limetree and the Landlord. I mostly dealt with Marcus but I also spoke with Becky and Max and everyone at the agency were always friendly and professional. I am very grateful to the team for making me feel comfortable whilst I rented from them. Thank you!

13th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Travelled over an hour with my partner and infant son for a property viewing as was potentially relocating to Corby, only to be told the agent had the wrong house key when he turned up. He went and called the office and after 10 or so minutes told us they didn’t have the key as a contractor had taken it home… I’d say the house key is probably the one thing you cannot forget on a property viewing but that’s just me!

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. Copper Violet took over the tenancy and it was a different feeling :) Girl power! They were engaged, friendly and involved. It was a good experience - I recommend :)
