Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

It felt good to finally find the right people in a good company with a professional manner. Would recommend them to any landlord looking to manage their properties.

I have really enjoyed our interactions during the rent to buy process, he treats you like a person rather than a transaction and he is really happy to answer questions and help. 18th Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)My partner and I have been house hunting for a while, and we have been subjected to the usual poor communication from estate agents or lack of updates, so when we went into William H Brown in Kettering, we weren't expecting much. However, we could not have been more wrong. The whole team there was friendly and welcoming. However, we have to give a special mention to Jess, who we have dealt with exclusively. Jess is a fantastic individual. She is highly intuitive when it comes to suggesting properties to view, whereas many other estate agents will get you to view anything and everything in order to make a sale, and she will offer genuinely helpful suggestions without being pushy and giving you space to be able to look around at your own pace. She clearly cares about her clients and takes a genuine interest in getting to know you so she can assist and make suggestions. Most importantly, she always calls back and gives updates when she says that she will, which is a breath of fresh air. The property that we ended up purchasing was one that we would not ordinarily have viewed, but Jess suggested it and took us to see it. Jess is an asset to the industry, and she has been a godsend during what is a very stressful process. I would suggest that anyone who is buying or selling a home go with William H Brown.
31st Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

24th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Simpsons & Partners hit the ground running, had viewings lined up before the property had even gone live. Had an offer within 2 weeks of initial contact with them. The whole team seem very professional and focused.
5th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)Had to ask for better pictures. Was not always kept up to date with viewings and feedback. General availability of staff was not great and there was a definite lack of communication about what was going on with prospective buyers. I ended up having to contact my solicitor at one point to contact buyers about whether they wanted my furniture which I had already asked my estate agent to do. I finally found out days before move they did not want it. Overall could have been better.

Communication very sparse/far and few between. We are now with another agent that has had one viewing within one day and another two booked in within four days of being taken on.
