We have been updated regularly and have felt like we have really been heard and listened to. From our first visit to getting the keys our experience has been brilliant. Lisa was always just a phone call or a text away. I couldn’t recommend them more! Buying a house is so stressful so it has been lovely to have the people at Carter Williams there for us. Thank you again.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Recently purchased a 2 bed terraced with the help of Max and Joe, who where always on hand to answer my questions. Smooth transaction throughout the process with great communication with the entire Kettering team. Bought for rental purposes and found the rental team proactive, only selecting clients to fit the bill and tenants move in on 20/7, so here's hoping for a long and happy relationship for all parties.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Take extra care with them… They lying a lot…and over charging you if they can. They are very polite before you sign the contract… Respect for the maintenance gentleman, he doing all what he can, but the office doesn’t help him to much.

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

He has made our house selling/buying process easy to manage and helped to take some of the usual stress away! Benjamin has been involved in every part of the journey, from valuation to negotiation to completion. He kept us updated regularly, filled us with confidence and reassured us when needed. Our house in Market Harborough sold in just 4 weeks after going on the market, during a time where the market had slowed right down, for more than what we were looking for. We would recommend Benjamin to anyone in Market Harborough looking for a friendly, hard-working estate agent who will give you a personal, one-to-one experience.

Sold the family home within the first week of being on the market and got the full asking price, what more can you say ????????????????????????

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work. Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

They have taken on management of my property and made it a stress free process. I couldn't be happier and more confident in there services. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. To add to this they also sold a property for me. This was another great experience. Lots of interest in the house as soon as it was live, it then sold very quickly. The whole process up until completion has been smooth and clear. Great service from Bywater Herring!
