Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

Ben made everything so much easier, from finding the perfect place to guiding me through the paperwork. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in renting a home.

18th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)My partner and I have been house hunting for a while, and we have been subjected to the usual poor communication from estate agents or lack of updates, so when we went into William H Brown in Kettering, we weren't expecting much. However, we could not have been more wrong. The whole team there was friendly and welcoming. However, we have to give a special mention to Jess, who we have dealt with exclusively. Jess is a fantastic individual. She is highly intuitive when it comes to suggesting properties to view, whereas many other estate agents will get you to view anything and everything in order to make a sale, and she will offer genuinely helpful suggestions without being pushy and giving you space to be able to look around at your own pace. She clearly cares about her clients and takes a genuine interest in getting to know you so she can assist and make suggestions. Most importantly, she always calls back and gives updates when she says that she will, which is a breath of fresh air. The property that we ended up purchasing was one that we would not ordinarily have viewed, but Jess suggested it and took us to see it. Jess is an asset to the industry, and she has been a godsend during what is a very stressful process. I would suggest that anyone who is buying or selling a home go with William H Brown.
31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
11th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

He kept me up to date with everything that was happening from both the buying of my new property and the selling of my old property! He made the process a lot easier to deal with for me.

From the moment I arrived, Laura was welcoming and professional. She took the time to walk me through the property, highlighting its features and addressing any questions I had along the way. What stood out most was her in-depth knowledge of the property and the local area. She offered valuable insights into the neighborhood, local amenities, and even future developments, which made a big difference in helping me assess whether it was the right fit. Laura's approach was both personable and informative, making the viewing feel more like a conversation rather than just a sales pitch. She was also very transparent about the property's history and potential, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about matching clients with the right property, rather than just making a sale. Overall, my experience with Henderson Connellan and Laura during the property viewing was excellent. I felt well-informed, supported, and confident in my decision-making process. I would definitely consider working with them again, and I would highly recommend Laura for anyone looking to buy or rent.

18th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)After coming across a negative review of inspired from a potential buyer of mine, I am very upset with the lies and harm this review has caused. The buyer described her experience as extremely negative, stating that inspired has lied to her when in fact they have been very clear and on top of what was happening, interests, the progress, policies, and most importantly the COST of everything. After wasting a year with this buyer through a different agency and now another year with the SAME buyer through inspired…clearly the issue is not with the agency… As a seller I am very happy with the quality of care, compassion and professionalism in this agency. Really recommend inspired, they have been doing an amazing job! Shame that when someone can’t make their mind up whether to buy or not is now expressing themselves negatively on the agency. Keep up the good work inspired!

I am thoroughly and completely , 200% satisfied and happy the way Shah has supported, handled and dealt buying process of 3 bed house at NN11 Northampton.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
