21st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

25th May 2022 (1 year ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????
30th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Very brutal landlord agents, do not respond to issues, do not take inventory of worn out items that need replacing, do not show any concern for living standards of there tenants. Durrants =Tyrants.
19th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.

8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Wow, Peter what can I say….I am a single mum and had trying to buy mine and my sons dream home for a good 24 months….Peter was with me every step of the way!! He always kept me informed and worked so hard to get us in our beautiful home….we have now been here for two months and I still have to kick myself when I pull up outside our forever home. Peter really is a knight in shining armour and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Forever grateful!!! Thank you Peter!!! X
2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
1st Aug 2019 (4 years ago)Professional, honest and efficient agency - have proved to be the best and genuinely friendly agent in the area from experience. We bought a house from them, they kept us updated at all times on the sale progress. Clearly on the ball, this identical experience was mirrored by the vendor to us when we spoke. Very fair and efficient lettings agency; Tracey and Heidi are a total dream to have dealt with for the last 9 years. Refreshingly honest, professional, efficient and friendly to boot!

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
30th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!
22nd Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)From day one all of the staff at attik have been brilliant in every way, they have turned up when they said they would and I the had communication from them as to the feed back, when the office is called the staff are very polite. The last part of my sale was handled by a nice lady by the name of Terie, what a lady I must say, Terie worked tirelessly to sort things out as it got a little complicated towards the end but as per usual Terie contacted me by telephone so as to keep me updated as to the progress that she was making in the long chain of 5 or more persons I cannot speak highly enough of Terie she is a great asset to attik, I am so pleased that Terie was working with me on this sale, if any one wants a brilliant estate agent contact Attik and you will not be disappointed Terie I love you to bits over the handling of this sale, thank you so much

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
