4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. They were always both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for a successful house move.<br>David and Jane Ramsbottom

From production of our brochure through to the day of exchange it has been a wholly positive experience. Stuart really showed how a good agent can add value throughout the process. They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. Good luck to you if you’re starting your journey with this company, you’ll need it.

3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Although our sale took a while (unusual property) we had loads of support and help with the negotiations. Alix was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed all the time. Highly recommended.

25th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
