14th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
6th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)The whole experience was a nightmare but no fault of the Estate Agents just added difficulty with bad communication with the solicitors and the property being a lease hold<br>Took ages to complete<br>Staff in office very patient and helpful- 20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

13th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Absolutely horrendous. Went for a viewing, and the room key didn't work. I was told that the viewing would be rescheduled, but nothing. I tried reaching out by calling and messaging, but no response and it's been many days. Extremely inconvenient ????????????

Ashley was excellent and worked efficiently to progress the purchase. He provided us with regular updates as well as honest, trustworthy advice and information.<br><br>When viewing, they had lots of information about the properties they showed us and were able to answer most of our questions there and then. They updated us quickly about anything they were unsure about.<br><br>Overall, I found them honest, open and reliable, and would use them again in future.

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
