4th Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. They were always both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for a successful house move.<br>David and Jane Ramsbottom

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They will find any reason to over charge you.<br>I couldn’t put half a star.. 3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Feedback for Cara Since signing up with Howard’s I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cara. Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.
3rd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Although our sale took a while (unusual property) we had loads of support and help with the negotiations. Alix was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed all the time. Highly recommended.
25th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

I rang every estate & letting agent in the Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth area & without a doubt, these guys were the most helpful.
