5th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I just bought a lovely little house in Wenhaston through Flicks in Southwold and it could not have gone any better. Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.
21st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.
1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible. We have been really pleased with our dealings with Clarke & Simpson, Framlingham, and would highly recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

Sarah updated me on a regular basis, made suggestions of services that are available, easily contactable (telephone or email). As a result of this experience I will hopefully be using yourselves again within the next 6 months for the next property
4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We moved estate agents after our chain collapsed at Christmas. The Beccles team were great - very realistic, very aware and clear sighted, did an excellent job on the new marketing materials. Their communications and reachability were first class. "Unfortunately" a viewer from the previous agency reappeared and after a short bidding war with another previous viewer we have sold to them. I would recommend my previous agency with some reservations, but would recommend Your Move Beccles without reservation.

Linda Jackson has provided swift and efficient attention to any query I may have had and has carried out thorough inspections to ensure the fabric of the property is kept up to the required standards. I would willingly recommend Winkworth as a letting agent.
I have been coming here for the last 7 years and have had some amazing tattoos, Kevin is brilliant and is so welcoming and down to earth. I highly recommend this place. It is always very clean and smells lovely when you walk in.
