We felt that this personal approach, where genuine care was shown, made what can at times be a tiresome & daunting experience, become one of stability & assurance. 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Although our sale took a while (unusual property) we had loads of support and help with the negotiations. Alix was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed all the time. Highly recommended.
9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were very very disappointed by the firm that Ollie recommended ,it was so bad that after 5 months we were in a situation of not owning my late mums home and had no money transfered so very very annoyed ,disappointed,and angry with Your Move Beccles ...the experience has led us as a large family to avoid using this company again ..also Ive noticed the nice new office near Normanston Drive so someone is making a rather large profit !!!

Adam, James, Louis, and particularly Jade - who coordinated the last mile of the sale, keeping everyone updated with frequent clear communication during the most stressful part of the process - were all great. But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive.
