10th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

16th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

10th May 2022 (2 years ago)I was incredibly disappointed = incredibly poor (and at times, it seemed, intentionally misleading) communication. Also, once the offer was accepted, they did a terrible job of following the process and making sure the buyer was on track, which caused significant delays and me almost losing my onwards sale. Oftentimes rude as well.
12th Dec 2019 (4 years ago)I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!

Madeleine was in the first place so helpful to me when I was struggling to clear my mother's house, so that it could be viewed for selling. I was overwhelmed and she was truly helpful. And then when it came to the actual selling she and the team were brilliant - making sure it was put on at the right moment, alert to all viewers, with so much experience behind her - she was indefatigable! Our house could not have been better sold, in my view. I would recommend Amberden to everyone. Their estimate for the value of our property incidentally happened to be above the other estimates, but they proved in the end that they were right.

3rd Mar 2020 (4 years ago)The employees are unprofessional. Very rude to deal with. Almost impossible to get them to actually fix things in the flat.
3rd Jan 2021 (3 years ago)We went with the price they recommended, after six weeks and zero viweings we fired them. We felt that they were only really interested in the big ticket houses nearby. Waste of time.

After multiple bad experiences with other main players (Foxtons and Dexter not to mention them), I walked across B&R agency in Tufnell Park, and the attention to detail and the communication were already totally different. We are very happy with the level of service provided, and I couldn't recommend Billy enough. For Foxtons and Dexter, it was just "another deal", whereas for B&R I felt that they really cared and understood what we wanted. Once again, thank you !
