16th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)My partner and I bought our house through Hamptons with the support of Simon and we couldn’t recommend him enough!<br><br>As first time buyers, his attentiveness and advice was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From the outset Simon gave us our time to deliberate and offered support when we needed it.<br><br>He also played a vital part in keeping the sale moving, from following up with the seller and liaising with both parties solicitors and making sure we had someone looking after our sale if he was unavailable, nothing went forgotten about and nothing was ever made more stressful than it needed to be.<br><br>We feel very grateful to have had such a great estate agent on our team!
7th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

When we later decided to sell our own property, my husband contacted Andrew to ask if he could help us, and we are so glad we did.<br>Our sale was not straightforward, as we were part of a chain and experienced quite a few difficulties along the way. Andrew was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful, responsive and always went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make things as easy as possible for us.<br>He is incredibly trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that he genuinely cared about helping us achieve a successful sale. He even helped us while he was on holiday — although we tried not to contact him because we felt guilty disturbing his time off!<br>Andrew managed everything exceptionally well, remained calm and supportive when things became difficult, and was always there when we needed him.<br>We are genuinely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is a fantastic estate agent and, most importantly, someone you can truly trust.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. He was proactive without being pushy, and very professional and easy to deal with.<br><br>I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent. She was thorough helpful and extremely precise and professional . She helped me in bringing a tenancy to a close and a start of a tenancy without too many teething problems. I would recommend her and her care towards both landlords and tenants.
