The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

From the beginning, Ewa was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Ewa was particularly attentive when it came to understanding my requirements and ensuring that the property matched my needs. She communicated clearly at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. Ewa was equally impressive, providing consistent support and making sure that all the administrative details were handled efficiently. She was approachable, quick to respond to any questions, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was in order. 30th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application. We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups. When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent. As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted. Very frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a major agency.- 29th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)I just want to thank Samuel Stephens for dealing with us. He understood quickly what we were looking for. His response to any concerns or queries we had was immediate and he made as much time as we needed for us to view the flat. We are delighted with the outcome.

I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons
