Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. Although it was quite a slow process with the buyer, the girls were great at their jobs, supportive and always available to answer questions. There were many calls and messages between us, so appreciated the frequent communication even if it was for a quick catch up. I valued how they kept close contact with solicitors on both sides, chasing up and updating with any progress.<br>Thanks Alpa and Stella for being so positive, for all your hard work and getting the sale sorted

7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

Communication was clear and consistent, everything was explained properly, and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>They found suitable tenants in a very short time, and all the paperwork and arrangements were handled professionally and efficiently. He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.
