We’re new home movers so we were very unknowing of this process and he made it easier for us. The agency were very professional and gave us every piece of information we needed. We also met Linus during the move in date who was also very accommodating and sweet. We really recommend this agency to any new movers. They make the whole process extremely easy.<br><br>Update:<br>Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the workers at Barnard Marcus. A colleague was getting too close, being touchy and sending flirting texts. He’s also significantly older which is even weirder. I mentioned this to Adem at Barnard Marcus and they said they would following it up. Since February I haven’t heard anything back. The case was passed on to someone and I’ve heard nothing from her. It seems they don’t really care, which is disappointing since we really liked Barnard Marcus and the team we were given. I shouldn’t have to follow up on a case like this, as it was even hard for me to tell anyone, and they should have taken steps to make me feel safe or heard.

As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He has always been quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we’ve had, making everything feel much less overwhelming.<br><br>He was able to find us the best rates and always took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Mesut to anyone, especially first-time buyers looking for someone they can trust.

Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. They have extremely helpful in finding new tenants ,I would definitely recommend other landlords to them .I would like to thank both Randall Nakadio and Maria mortzi In particular for helping me at every stage of the process. Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.
