He was very accommodating, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us find the right place. Highly recommended.

7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

He was super professional, efficient, proactive, ever cheerful, positive and friendly. He found tenants for the flat very quickly at a good rental value and he was always quick to respond to my email, calls and queries. He made the process completely stress-free for me as a Landlord and I would definitely recommend Nye and KFH for Lettings. Thanks so much Nye!

They’ve frequently kept me updated on the progress and they’ve made the whole process extremely smooth. I highly recommend them.

She kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and made what had been a stressful property search feel incredibly straightforward.<br><br>We went from viewing the property to moving in within just 7 days, which was far quicker than we ever expected. The communication and transparency throughout the process were excellent, and we always knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>After such a long and frustrating search, Foxtons made the experience seamless. Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
