We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring.
