They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. 7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

From the very beginning, Vas has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process of finding my new flat. Communication has been excellent, and he has always kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I needed clarification on anything.<br><br>Moving to London is a really big step for me and Vas made the entire experience feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He was always approachable and happy to answer my many, MANY questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance.<br><br>Thank you so much, Vas, for all your help, patience, and kindness throughout the process. You’ve genuinely gone above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate everything you’ve done! ??????<br><br>Would 100% recommend Vas and Moreland to anyone looking to rent in the area! He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile.
