Their outstanding knowledge of property in general and the local market in particular, meant that they provided us with superb professional advice as well as being incredibly kind and caring throughout. We shall always be very grateful to them for all their hard work and efforts and cannot recommend them more highly.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants. We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties. I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

It ended up being a longer sale than we had anticipated, but it felt like half the office chipped in at various points in the process to help deal with unexpected obstacles! Miles Roberts managed our sale in the end and was outstanding throughout. He was always proactive, quick to communicate, honest, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping us get over the finish line. Having someone so reliable and calm navigating the madness with us made a huge difference. We honestly don’t think we would have got through it without his support and persistence. Highly recommend.

We’d had an awful experience with Sanford’s in Regents Park and he completely restored our faith helping us secure a beautiful flat. His communication is top notch I never had to chase for anything and he was always willing to go above and beyond to help provide access when needed to set up utilities. 1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

We worked with Andrew several years ago when we first bought the apartment, and we were so impressed with the effort he went to - we suspect our purchase would have fallen through if it wasn't for him and the work he put into resolving issues. We knew we wanted to work with Andrew again when we eventually sold the apartment, and he delivered! Andrew made the sale process as stress free as possible, and was always available on whatsapp to answer our questions and keep us updated. Very grateful to him and Rochester Place for all of their work. Thank you!

Josh really listened to what I liked/disliked and consistently followed up with relevant properties and viewings over several weeks. With Josh, nothing ever felt like too much trouble.. and I had a lot of Qs! Josh, thank you for making a stressful search that much easier. 2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

James helped sell my mum's property in 2022 and Huw (& Max) have now helped me as a property owner renting her flat for the 1st time. They were kind, friendly, diligent, well informed, responsive and especially patient with me in this process and I could not be happier with my tenant. I feel like they really listened to my specific needs. Would highly recommend.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
