Booked an appointment and confirmed to view a property with one of the staff named Patrick.
However, when I arrived at the property, Patrick did not show up. When I called him again, I was told that he could not make it and had to send someone else to cover. The cover person does not know well about the property. The property shown to me also does not match what they listed on the website.
This is not professional at all.
We saw other agent showing customers the same development. The agent came on time with a lot of detailed information. What a contrast! How I wish I had contact the other agent.
We were very impressed with Rebecca Zacharia. She was very professional and respectful of our time. She replied to all of our inquiries promptly and worked hard to accommodate our schedules when arranging viewings. It was clear from the beginning that she was highly competent and well organized. We really appreciated her friendliness too.
We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly.
However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Finding a property to rent in London can be stressful, but since I went on my first (and luckily only!) viewing with Adam I understood I could trust Paramount would offer me the best service.
There is just no comparison between Paramount and other letting agencies.
Adam showed genuine interest in listening to my needs and handled the negotiation between me and my current landlord very smoothly. I am sure we are both very happy and confident that Paramount will take care of us during the tenancy.
Katie supported me with the move in process and went the extra mile in helping me to obtain the right references from my previous landlord to ensure I could move in within 7 days of my viewing. She also introduced me to my property manager, Hannah - it’s good to have met in person as I know I can rely on Hannah going forward.
Also, no fees and welcome wine to make unpacking easier! I recommend Paramount and their total transparency.

I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Paramount. Adam and Katie were especially helpful and there was good communication throughout, which made the whole process less stressful. It's always nice going in to the Paramount offices as everyone is always so welcoming and friendly.

Foxtons have no consideration for tenants whatsoever, and charged us outrageous fees for doing next to nothing. The moment we had signed our contract, they stopped answering our questions, and when our landlord repeatedly breached our contract, they sided with him again and again because he was the one paying them a monthly fee. When we finally managed to get out and they were required to show people around the flat, a member of staff stole a set of keys from the dining room table that they had no rights to, leading to a panic because we believed they had been lost.
This branch are only interested in whoever can bring in the money - and unfortunately, that is the landlord and not the tenant. The staff are generally brash, pushy and remind me a great deal of used car salesmen. I wouldn't sign with them again for any property, and am thrilled to be away from such a rude and unhelpful company.
Megan Reaburn at the head office property management team is an asset to Marsh and Parsons, I have been particularly impressed by Megans speedy responses and constant updates, Megan don't ever leave!

They showed me the best way in life how to make money. You just need to work as a lightbulb changing contractor and you will earn millions! After our check out they wanted to charge me £96 for someone to come over to change 2 lightbulbs. That is £96 for 50 seconds work. Who wouldn't want to do that?! The problem here might be the amount of work assigned to you as it took MORE THAN 6 WEEKS to hear anything back regarding our deposit and check out! If you are looking for a place to make money than give these guys a call (as the fees are through the roof). BUT if you are looking for decent agent then avoid M&P.
