We bought a flat through Scott Finn in Greene & Co. Scott was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. It was our first purchase and Scott guided us to select the best flat which fitted all our requirements.
Scott was very professional, prompt and effective whenever we had a query. He has also been very helpful in answering our queries post the completion.

Worse experience I've ever had with an agency. I called to arrange a viewing for a flat, ( looking to buy), the agent started to ask me tons of questions, when I told him that I just wants to see the flat his answer was ” listen mate I'm a busy man”, I told him that if he is that busy I won't waste is time and he just said ” thanks bye” Terrible service, won't go near that agency. it's sad to think about the seller who is trying to sell his flat with those guys.

Starting from Daisy who is very entithiastic in doing her work and showing the property around to Olivier my French speaking saviour who does all the telephone calls and planning for long hours to make the deals run and finally Dan who is managing the team in a friendly and nice way and becomes very attentive to details when needs be thank you very much guys for the great work
Appalling service. Booked an appointment to see a flat, which they confirmed in writing. They didn't show up on the day/time agreed and when called said the flat was under offer. They could have told me and stopped me wasting my time, but they decided against it. Second time it's happened as well.
The whole team at Hastings International were fantastic a big thank you to Tom & Laura who were a delight to deal with - they found me a buyer quickly and managed the deal all the way through. Once again thank you Hastings!!!!!!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Our experience with the management company (Mark and Denise)
The worst estate agent we had to deal with. Our experience has been identical to Adam's below. In summary, the management company (who you would be dealing with) doesn't care for the tenants after they pay their fat fees and move into a property.
Our experience (Florin Court Flat):
- We agreed for our sofas to be replaced as part of our new contract but it hasn't happened. Denise and Mark (the main agency contacts) are rarely available and hardly ever reply to emails. When they do speak to you on the phone they give you countless vague excuses for being irresponsible.
-We asked for a replacement parking remote control. Again this was never replaced.
- It's been 7 weeks since we have moved out of the property and still awaiting for our deposit to be returned.
- The cleaning fees are the highest we have ever come across. A list of admin, renewal, agency fees to pay for a service which is non-existent.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Many more better agencies around the area to choose from.
A very professional and friendly service. Chris has been helping us find a place and has been incredibly helpful. Keeps us regularly updated and works hard to negotiate on our behalf. If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend using this agency.
Terrible experience, really the worst service you can receive. The language we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable.
Reiss Stuart, who was our agent, was rude, unresponsive, gave us vague answers, kept changing the price, was uncomfortable and rude when we asked questions. We were given incorrect breakdowns of our costs. The issue that raised because of that was blamed on the tenants with emails using unacceptable language. This happened 2 days before the move in, causing a delay in the move in. Due to this one of the tenants had to stay in a hotel until we could move in as she has moved to London from America.
Long story short, the agency is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it, the service doesn't get better after you move in either. Every month so far we have been questioned by our landlord whether we have paid full rent (which we always have, on time as well) as he wasn't getting the full rent. Save yourself from the stress.
As I have the chance to work in common with Empire Estates employees and get to know their daily routine, I can tell that they try very hard to achieve their customer's satisfaction. In middle of a stressful day, they put their clients on top of their priority. In addition to that, the employees treat the company's business partners very friendly. All of them have excellent manners and a very good behavior. At this point Philip exceeds. He is really motivated and dedicated. Moreover, a smooth course seems to be a concern for everybody in this company. All in all, I recommend Empire Estates to everyone who is searching for a thorough guidance.

Devan and Aaron have been fantastic they managed to rent out my property in Little Venice in less than 24 hours and it was the second time, that I used the agency; as always they were very helpful and efficient.
I highly recommend WEST HAMPSTEAD TEAM.
They’re not nice people. Simple. I tried to give them a chance and for them to sell my flat but they were 95% slime and 5% competent. They even had the audacity to ask me to sign a blank contract so they could “fill it out later”. Amazing.
It is no way surprising that they have manipulated their rating on google with all these ‘5 star’ reviewers who just happen to have only ever written one google review...
