24th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

22nd Apr 2024 (14 days ago)KFH were very flexible and generous with their work (helping with some very specific, personal issues related to finding a flat) and time, helping at every step including after move-in. We had Randall as a letting agent, who was a very kind and responsive person that made the process much easier (and friendlier). Would recommend for those searching in the area.
19th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I have to say that Oliver at the Highgate branch restored my faith in estate agents. He was on it the whole way through, chasing all parties to get things done and to progress all our goals. Not easy when you're juggling so many stakeholders. He was a proper quarterback, which is what you need as a buyer. Plus he was an absolute pleasure to work with. A firm recommend for "Oliver Optimus" and the firm !
27th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.- 24th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Have had dealings with Ariston Property from outside London in connection with University accomoadation. First Class service on EVERY level. Efficent and helpful at every stage from initial contact to close of contact. In particular, my gratitude goes to Harry Karageorgis and Kyri Kyriacou - not one email went without a prompt response. I express my gratitude to you.

Really lovely people to speak to and deal with, made what's been a stressful flat hunt a big relief at the end. Special thanks to Reece and Asmita :D EDIT- nearly a year on and another great experience to renew the contract, really appreciated!
9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I was blessed to have Malcolm on my side and without him I am not sure I could have made it through! I will keep as my friend forever, as I am so grateful. Remus

22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
