From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward. What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey. He took the time to explain every piece of terminology, every step involved, and every option available to me with incredible patience. No question was ever too small, and he always made sure I fully understood what was happening before moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He went far beyond simply arranging a mortgage and provided valuable guidance on the properties I was considering. He helped me understand complex issues such as the Building Safety Act, EWS1 forms, leasehold considerations, and other important factors that could easily be overlooked by someone unfamiliar with the process. I would also like to give special thanks to Aryan Shahry at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents. Throughout the purchase, Aryan was incredibly supportive, proactive, and professional. We encountered several challenges along the way, but he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure progress was being made. His communication was excellent, and his dedication undoubtedly helped accelerate the transaction. Most importantly, he helped me find a fantastic flat that was exactly what I was looking for. I was planning to use this agency for my rental property, but their complete lack of competence and poor work ethic resulted in a significant financial impact on me. Even though I was a prospective client trusting their professional reputation, they showed zero accountability. I will absolutely never use this agency in the future.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants. We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties. I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I recently secured an apartment to rent in London through Foxtons, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As I live around 2.5 hours away, a clear and honest video viewing was really important. Many agents I contacted were either slow, vague, or failed to show key details properly, but Amir and Jamal were completely different. The video was transparent, showing the property, access, street, parking, and residential setting clearly. Communication was quick, professional, and straightforward throughout. Amir and Jamal gave clear guidance, helped move the application along quickly, and made what is usually a very stressful rental search feel much easier. Really impressed with the service; clear, upfront, and reliable. Thank you to Amir and Jamal for making the process so smooth.

From my first enquiry, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt up to date with what was happening. Stephen arranged viewings at times that suited me, handled the paperwork efficiently, and guided me through every step of the application and referencing process. What I expected to be stressful ended up being simple and straightforward, thanks to their organisation and clear communication. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
