15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Outstanding service from the team at Chancellors in Finchley who have overseen the sale of my late parents' home and some associated land. Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Linas has been very helpful with arranging my move in and a new bed for my flat. Thanks for your help!
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)My partner and I had a great experience dealing with Kyp, they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

We had a very quick turnaround, and no doubt made his life difficult, but he was a champion throughout and was breeze to deal with
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Excellent office, good service, fast service.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.

At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.

When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.

I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.

The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.

Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.
