7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

Everything moved along really smoothly after viewing the apartment, I was able to sign the documents shortly after. The whole process was quick, easy, and well organised.<br>I would definitely recommend!

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

What stood out most was not just the speed of communication, but the willingness to listen and understand things from the client’s perspective. Throughout the process, I had quite a few detailed requests and questions, some of which were not straightforward at all, but Raghuvir was always patient, helpful, and willing to find answers.<br><br>It’s not often that you come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being brushed aside or treated as an inconvenience. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
