29th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)DR Kivell demonstrated a disgraceful lack of communication and misled me as a potential buyer after cancelling an auction. They were lazy and did not make much, if any effort to get competing offers. I am not sure they represented their client very well to get the best price. I was an unencumbered cash buyer and they could not be bothered to let me know what was going on with the sale of the property despite having a viewing in the diary and shown a lot of interest. I have made a formal complaint but David is now said to be on annual leave for 3 weeks so make your own interpretation of this. Seriously best avoided.

14th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. The team at Stags impressed us with the effective way they handled the sale, their friendly attitude and excellent local knowledge were key, and we can honestly say that we have never sold a property so quickly, easily or with minimal stress. Thanks again to all at Staggs in the Launceston office - we would most definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property and we would happily use them again.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a proactive and professional estate agent. Jack was exceptional, communication was easy and he returned calls when he said he would making this purchase as stress free as possible. He worked to a time frame and delivered! I’d also like to thank Sharon for help in making this purchase so much easier. We were kept updated throughout every step of the way and never had to chase for answers. If you need to sell or buy a property then Jack and Sharon are the people to go to! Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

12th Sep 2024 (18 weeks ago)We used Miller Commercial to sell our self catering holiday site. From the initial meeting with Graham (Timmins) right though to the completion of the sale, he displayed his many years of experience in selling commercial property, by supporting us through the process (which for us, was not as straight forward as it could have been) in a both professional and friendly manner. At no point did we feel that we could not contact Graham with any of our concerns, no matter how small and we were always kept informed by Graham at every stage. If you are looking to sell your business, I would recommend you contact Graham and benefit from his excellent service, just as we did.
