6th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We found a wonderful bungalow (Valley View) for sale with D R Kivell and we were shown round with a lovely gentleman whose name was Geoff Lupton. At that time we were looking for a buyer for our house, with not much sign of a sale. Geoff kept in touch with us on a regular basis to keep us informed of any developments with Valley View and of course to see if there was any progress with our sale. Geoff was very happy to give us a 2nd viewing of VV, but sadly we were unable to conclude the purchase. We have nothing but the highest praise for Geoff for his courtesy, patience and professionalism and he is a great advert for D R Kivell.
22nd Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
9th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Swift agents more. The team went above and beyond for me. Tina put me at ease as soon as I met her and Elisha’s attention to detail in photos were amazing. The whole team was so supportive. My house sold within days and they kept me well informed through the whole process. On the day I moved out they even brought me a ring doorbell tool because I had packed mine. If you are thinking of selling your house you can trust swift :)

18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
