The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. We would highly recommend to hire / use Pink street for anything related with properties selling / buying.

3rd Feb 2021 (3 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend
8th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.
9th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)After a disappointing experience with another local estate agent on a previous property we asked several different agents for valuations. Most were similar, but we were impressed by Pearsons knowledge of the area, and their strategy for marketing. Chris was positive and realistic, and took great pictures of our house, really highlighting its best features. The whole team were great, providing quick feedback from prospective buyers. They made sure they knew our property and I’d have no problem recommending them. We have now found a new home, also through Pearsons and have been impressed by them as buyers as well as sellers.
9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)We enjoyed working with Reeds Rains. The Southsea team were very friendly, provided feedback on viewings and progress on the eventual sale. The house went on the market in a challenging environment and Reeds Rains did their best to attract buyers and maintain our morale! They also provided sound advice when needed.
28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We were concerned we were selling at the wrong time but Carly and Ross gave us the right advice, got us plenty of viewings and our buyer. We felt in safe hands from start to finish, we can't recommend them highly enough.

6th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)For our first time buying a house, Martin guided us through and made it an easy and stress free process. We will definitely look to use AJM in the future when the time comes again to move! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough, Martin was to the point, personal and very honest throughout the sale. He treated us like actual people and not like a source of income, and when things got stressful and intimidating, he kept us fully up to date at all hours going above and beyond to get us our first house. If you want to buy/sell a house with people who treat you like humans and show proper decency, these are the guys.

24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
