15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.
24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Jeffries has been outstanding in all aspects. We had a very difficult journey with selling, but through thick and thin Harry and Holly supported us all the way. We cannot speak more highly of Jeffries Estate agents and the professional manor the business is run. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to consider using them again. Nice lady- 20th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property! Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with. Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication! I couldn’t have had, a more positive experience and she is a credit to Beals. Thank you!

I spoke to lots of Estate Agents in the area during my 7 month search and I can honestly say that F&S were the most caring and attentive. It actually felt like I was a valued customer rather than just another viewer to throw properties at. I'm so pleased to have had Jordan as my mortgage advisor, she explained the buying process so well to me and my mum and helped me with all the concerns and queries I had during it. I can't recommend her highly enough. Also a mention to Gemma, the estate agent at F&S who was so lovely and always felt excited for me. And the general niceness of all the other agents in the office who took a moment to say hello and goodbye during my visits. I'd be happy to recommend Fox & Sons, and their associated branches, the Portsmouth branch in particular. Thank you again for all your help and support!

20th Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)If you can help it, don't use this agency. The first week I moved in, the fridge broke and all my food went bad - when I reported this and a shower problem to one of the staff, I was told in a rude tone that "I shouldn't complain since these things happen" despite the fact that they had time to fix these issues before I moved in as no one had been living there for some time. I rented a property through them for 3 years, and throughout that time the building had leak issues, including damp, mould and others. At one point it was essentially niagra falls coming through a leak in the front room which damaged a part of the room. Throughout a year and a half, I consistently emailed/contacted about this problem. It took me threatening to not pay rent before something was done, otherwise I was essentially left to deal with it which was particularly hard through winter. There was maybe one member of staff who was genuinely helpful, but trying to get consistent contact was difficult. The other staff didn't always respond, or else ignored messages I sent. Despite being a consistent paying tenant, I was eventually kicked out as a new landlord had bought the property and clearly wanted to rent out the flats for a much higher rate, which I don't think would be worth it considering the level of damage the building has. Unprofessional, at times rude, unhelpful and don't care about your wellbeing so long as they get paid.

Darren and his team were all very professional with very good communication and feedback throughout the whole process. They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

He knew the local solicitors and kept me upto date with the progress before my own solicitor advised me. He allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted and never made me feel a nuisance…. Which I think I was … Thank you Tim as you made the purchase of my new property as stress free as possible

23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I had a great experience purchased via Taylor Hill & Bond. Lorna was efficient in getting us booked in to view the property & with the negotiations. Jules & James were also great with the progression, ensuring both sides were chased up constantly to apply the pressure needed to ensure the sale progressed very quickly. Thank you all for your help. We now have our new home in time for summer which we are really thankful for!
