14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

4th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)At our first meeting with Christina she provided an accurate assessment of the property value. She forecast how she thought the sale would proceed and provided a value which was less than a competitor and was realistic. Christina dealt and reasoned with both sides of the differences throughout the process. All viewings were undertaken by Haybrook. Christina expedited the conclusion of the sale with her local knowledge which was an absolute god send. I think its always worth getting a few valuations but Haybrook is the one I would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

15th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)When I was renting the property, contacting them was almost impossible. I sent them multiple emails that went unanswered... But when they needed something, they would expect me to reply immediately or they kept checking up on me very frequently. Then, rest assured... they will charge you for ANY pre-existing damage that the property you're renting has (and trust me, it will have pre-existing damage, they don't look after their properties very well), it doesn't matter if you have proof that it was there when you arrived, if you don't notice it immediately and report it on their inventory, it will NOT count and they will charge you for it. I tried providing evidence in my case and they threatened me with charging me a higher fee so I had to accept the charges they had decided just so that I could avoid a higher fee. They will definitely take advantage of you.
10th May 2022 (1 year ago)Crapper and Haigh Swallownest were amazing from my first visit by John Francis to value my house to the girls in the office who agreed a sale in 3 days well above the asking price and kept in regular contact with me until we completed. 28th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Nothing was too much trouble. The sale brochure was amazing. They worked very hard and we had loads of views which SK managed beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble. Regular updates and always on the end of the phone. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you SK

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market- 18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
