11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I recently purchased my first property from William H Brown Crystal Peaks and had a great experience from start to finish. The end to end process was only 12 weeks from us viewing the house to completing and moving in! A special mention to Erin who dealt with us right from the beginning and made sure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. She was always very responsive and helpful and not to mention extremely polite and kind! I would definitely recommend William H Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a house!
17th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . Choose Saxton Mee for a safe professional and guided sale .

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Andy Bright came to value the property and took some great pictures. He also was very friendly and helpful. 26th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
