14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.- 8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Charlotte was very helpful and responsive through the process of getting my flat. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I have just sold my flat thanks very much to Tailor James and particularly Simon Lemcke. The flat had been on the marker for several months before the buyer came along. The buyer was particularly difficult but with Simon's help and dedication a contract was reached. He was easily contactable and did his utmost to reach a satisfactory deal with the buyer and myself. Without him this would probably not have happened.
