20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

She has consistently gone out of her way to help me out. Definitely couldn't have had a better first renting experience.

12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Choose anyone else.<br><br>We were charmed by the chap who gave to value and photograph our house. But it was all down hill from there. They over valued and under sold our house. They are almost impossible to reach by phone with queries and questions. They seemed to be working for our buyer and not for us.<br>They made over the top requests, including letting our buyer see the house without our stuff before completion.<br>They did nothing to support us when our buyer's electrician unplugged our freezer and we lost all the contents. We ended up paying for our buyer's roof survey and the team did nothing but try to knock us down on price.<br><br>And now the house is sold, and we have paid our fees, they are still emailing trying to get money for our buyer!<br><br>Awful. Just awful. They paid the entire process stressful and traumatic. I ended up having to CC our solicitor into every email just to avoid Reeds Rains screwing us over even more.

14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)This service appears to screen calls and redirect unwanted numbers directly to voicemail. As a result, it is almost impossible to reach a real person. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer experience. I would not recommend them.- 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I sold a rental property with Gemma Bellamy's team in Jul 25, with Reeds selected after meeting Victoria, who was pretty much the only useful person I dealt with, but sparingly available.<br><br>Key issues:<br>- Negotiation was shockingly bad. Their approach was the standard "open house - here's your best offer" after 1 day of viewings. Little interest in negotiation/doing further viewings after. A somewhat satisfactory offer was only obtained further down the line when they were pushed into a corner to do this or lose the business.<br>- Poor progression skills. Maisie: amazingly bad at just about anything she touched. Cheryl: excellent at appeasing and then doing nothing of consequence after.<br>- Work is outsourced; this is used as an explanation as to why branch staff are clueless about your case<br>- Expensive for the quality of service. Another rental completed in half the time and at a competitive price by Hunters<br>- There was an entire day when no one was around to pick up the phone due to staff shortages<br>- The ability to successfully navigate curveballs associated with buyers in the area was a key concern discussed pre-selection and confirmed as a skillset. There was no apparent interest in tackling these when they arose.<br><br>In summary, a very substandard team overseen by a very substandard branch manager. I believe any other Hillsborough estate agent would do a better job of selling a house and at a lower cost.<br><br>EDIT: These concerns were raised repeatedly over the phone and e-mail. The fact that Josh is a lettings employee commenting on the performance of a sales team he doesn't belong to is an excellent example of how poor the sales team is at their job. I've attached some screenshots from just the tail end of a 5 month dragged out process seeing as "you have no record of these concerns". Loads more where that came from.<br><br>In further updates this morning, Josh claims that the team is human and has to start somewhere and that they've all magically improved to market leading standard over the last year. So if you'd like to wager the proceeds of your house sale on Josh's charity cases, look no further than Reeds Rains Hillsborough.

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Thank you to Daniel and the team for making the process so straightforward.
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

As I was out of town during the sale, they went out of their way to help by arranging cleaning and resetting the electric meter. They gave honest advice about not spending money on unnecessary improvements and always responded to my emails promptly.<br><br>A reliable, helpful and professional team who made the whole process much easier. I would happily recommend them.

However, I firmly believe it would have taken a lot longer if Lincoln Ralph had not proactively frequently liaised with all parties involved to push the process on to a satisfactory conclusion. 26th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I was looking to buy my first home after using some of the estate agents in the Brighton and Hove area and not having any luck with the properties, they recommend us (Either being over our budget or not what we specified)<br><br>I was recommend Tailor James by a friend.<br><br>When we met Jimmy the director of Tailor James, for the first time. He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.<br><br>He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.<br><br>As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.<br><br>Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.<br><br>If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.<br><br>His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)?????<br><br>Where do we even begin!<br><br>My partner and I recently sold our property through Hughes, and what a rollercoaster of a journey it's been! Through absolutely no fault of Hughes, our experience of buying and selling has certainly had its fair share of ups and downs.<br><br>It all started when we found our first potential home, only to have our offer rejected. The same thing happened with the second property, but thankfully, it was third time lucky!<br><br>Throughout this process, Lewis was incredibly patient, supportive and reassuring, always reminding us that the right property would come along for us and our family. And he was right!<br><br>Fast forward to the day before completion, and what should have been an exciting time turned into our worst nightmare when our buyers pulled out. Rachel worked tirelessly to get everything back on track, going above and beyond to help save our move. I genuinely cannot thank her enough for her determination, hard work and support during what was an incredibly stressful time.<br><br>Even on completion day, the challenges weren't quite over! The property we were purchasing hadn't been fully cleared, with numerous belongings still left behind. Danielle stepped in and communicated with our buyers, explaining the situation and why we hadn't been able to completely empty our own property.<br><br>What really stood out to us was that, whenever another problem arose, there was always someone at Hughes willing to help, reassure us and find a solution.<br><br>I'd like to say a massive personal thank you to Lewis, Rachel, Danielle and the entire Hughes team.
