14th May 2026 (12 days ago)I can confidently say this is one of the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend them to everyone because they’re not only highly professional when helping you find a home, but also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process. Thanks to them, I was able to rent a beautiful home, and I’ve never once regretted choosing them. I was lucky enough to be looked after by Dawn Linfoot, who was absolutely wonderful. Even after I moved in, they emailed me a couple of days later just to check how I was settling in and enjoying my new place — a small gesture that meant a lot.
17th May 2026 (9 days ago)Showed us a property and told us we could sign, but we had to answer some questions for the landlord first. We filled these out on the day and sent them off, however Haus sent them to the wrong email address. After hearing nothing from them, we chased them up and they informed us of their error, telling us they would fix it. A week later, we heard nothing again, and when we rang they told us another group had viewed and signed the house straight away (which we tried to do but Haus messed up). They didn’t even bother to tell us the house had gone. Poor communication and unprofessional. Disgusting.

The viewing was well-organised, informative, and gave a clear picture of the property, which made the decision process much easier. The referencing process was handled efficiently and smoothly, with clear communication at every stage. Everything was straightforward, and any questions I had were answered promptly, which really helped reduce any stress. The key handover was just as seamless, making the overall transition into the property feel easy and well-managed. 18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

This is as a result of very good service we received buying our new property from them and were more "on the ball" in regards how things were progressing than our own Est Agent.

The team is very professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to understand what we wanted and arranged great viewings. Eric explained everything clearly—from layouts to locations to the buying process, and always looked out for our best interests. He was reliable, efficient, and quick to solve any issues. 7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
15th May 2026 (11 days ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Charlie and Teresa were equally professional and diligent in progressing viewings for our sale , giving regular updates, and then sensitively managed the buyers and also assisted in the conveyancing. Now as a buyer when I compare and contrast others I can honestly say Staves are a cut above the rest. Sincere thanks for all you have done. Highly recommended. Ravi D
1st May 2026 (25 days ago)We were buyers, and found the staff at Mallinsons easily contacted, very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing and when we came to purchasing a property, very good at following progress. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

26th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
