12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Choose anyone else.<br><br>We were charmed by the chap who gave to value and photograph our house. But it was all down hill from there. They over valued and under sold our house. They are almost impossible to reach by phone with queries and questions. They seemed to be working for our buyer and not for us.<br>They made over the top requests, including letting our buyer see the house without our stuff before completion.<br>They did nothing to support us when our buyer's electrician unplugged our freezer and we lost all the contents. We ended up paying for our buyer's roof survey and the team did nothing but try to knock us down on price.<br><br>And now the house is sold, and we have paid our fees, they are still emailing trying to get money for our buyer!<br><br>Awful. Just awful. They paid the entire process stressful and traumatic. I ended up having to CC our solicitor into every email just to avoid Reeds Rains screwing us over even more.
21st Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)My initial experience with WHB was not great. My name was used incorrectly on an email and document. I also had a viewing, but no one turned up. I contacted WHB and was told that they did know that the viewing was cancelled, but forget to communicate this to me. My overall experience was ok.

7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews but felt i must after the amazing service i have had from Redbrik in Crystal Peaks.<br><br>From the initial valuation through to the negotiations and completion all members of staff i have dealt with have been extremely professional and friendly.<br><br>Special mention to Louise who helped steady my nerves with her excellent communication in the latter stages.<br><br>I would throughly recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you for all you did

Andrew (sales progressor) never heard of his role - yet now i have been dealing with Andrew - all estate agents should have this role, to keep things (progressing) and smooth for all involved. Thanks to you all. No wonder there are now so many Redbrik signs around my end - i will recommend. Sarah

Their attitude with their clients is extremely commendable. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. Leanne was always responsive and worked incredibly hard to support us in both our sale and purchase. Thank you Butlers, we couldn't recommend you enough.
3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

Arabella and Jordan have both been kind, friendly and professional, and have always been quick to solve any problems or answering enquiries. Would definitely use this agencies again!

They exceeded my expectations and were always so warm, kind and practical. They were never far away and were always on hand to deal with my enquiries. Their help and individual expertise every step of the way was so helpful. Whoever employs these wonderful individuals, you are so very lucky to have such exceptional staff! I’m so glad I went with Blundells. Dan is a bit of genius though, he sold it for me and blew me away during the valuation.<br><br>The price was also reasonable and suited my budget well. Which was also a deciding factor for me as I had quite a few agents come to quote/valuate.<br><br>Thank you guys for getting me through it all (and bearing with my neuroticism lol) and into my dream home.
