Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

11th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
7th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)The house we were selling was in a village, old and quirky, this narrowed the market down considerably. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.

27th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

3rd Oct 2025 (5 mo. ago)Positivity shines through from all the staff at Buckley Brown. The customer comes first and they provide knowledgeable information. Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.
