Hannah was very persistent in maintaining contact with me when 2 years had passed with another agency and no success. Thank you for being so helpful and professional Hannah. Once I made the decision to relaunch with Redbrick things moved so efficiently and smoothly, the online challenges I experienced were supported by Lisa and Ellice and within about 10 days the house was sold. I appreciate the diligence, prompt communications and conducting viewings when I was unavailable. Overall I am delighted and very impressed with the team. Thank you.

19th May 2026 (26 days ago)We have had nothing but support from Cameron Bulley at Frank Innes. We are first time buyers dealing with a repossession property and the whole process was stressful but he helped us throughout, making things a lot less confusing and a lot faster! We have had endless amounts of viewings and sent endless amounts of emails but he was nothing but happy to help make sure everything went smoothly. We are very close to completing and a lot of it is all thanks to Cameron!! We couldn't recommend an estate agent more. Thank you to Cameron and everyone else at Frank innes who helped.

Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough . She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

7th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)No happy at all, My partner and I had been to look at a house to rent. We made the application as others had as well. They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable Home as we have 2 kids! Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.

Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.
