3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I have just sold my property with Cope & Co and could not recommend enough!<br>I opted for Cope & Co over other agents in my area as I loved Cope & Co's marketing, but what won me over was how personable the team are. Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted.<br>They both made the selling process a lot less stressful and helped in achieving a really quick sale from start to finish.<br>Thank you so much to Sean, Hannah and the sales team at Cope & Co.

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I am the executor of a will for a very dear friend whose property is on the market with Strada.<br>I made a special journey into their office to explain my situation & left my name & number with a brief note asking to be kept in the loop regarding progress of the sale.<br>I did this on July 31, 3 weeks have now passed & nobody has had the decency to contact me.<br>I know my message was received as someone telephoned my friend's daughter the very same day.<br>I consider their lack of response to be discurteous & unprofessional.<br>Potential customers of Strada may want to bear this lack of communication in mind!
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I recently purchased my new home through Redbrik. My experience of dealing with Matt, Joanna and the team has been a real pleasure. From viewing the property with Joanna, putting in an offer, through to completion, every member of staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable.<br>My house purchase completed in such a short time, which I'm sure in part was because the searches had already been done and also the excellent communication skills from the staff at Redbrik.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redbrik to anyone I know looking for an estate agent.<br>Thankyou again Matt, Joanna and all the team

Both Clare and Katie were very helpful during the whole rental process, answering all my questions and going the extra mile to provide an excellent service. I’d recommend Lime Living highly to anyone who may require their services.
6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)A very overwhelming process deciding to sell your house but was made as stress free and straight forward as possible using Bairstow Eves<br><br>We did enquire with a handful of estate agents initially, to understand what would be involved and costs, and very grateful that Bairstow were patient and respectful waiting for us to choose. Lauren came over to value the house and sit us down to go through the process- helping to answer all our questions, daft or not!<br><br>It was really fascinating to see and hear how and why houses had been sold and what she expected ours to do. The local knowledge and down to earth ways of going about selling houses, was what won us over<br><br>Comms when sorting the viewings was very pain free, and they very much appreciated the fact that we didn’t want to do the viewings. One thing I would note is that for any estate agent, is to ensure the person doing the viewing does know as much about the house as possible so they can help answer any obvious questions- for example, what the building at the back of our house was, which was an outbuilding.<br><br>Lauren checked in throughout the whole process and gave such great advice. Amber was always happy to pick up the phone and make sure things were moving along nicely. Tegan was exceptional in making that last big push to get to the end.<br><br>I highly doubt that if we ever emailed again after everything has completed, they wouldn’t hesitate in getting back to us straight away.<br><br>Thanks Bairstow for making our lives as easy as possible!
9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I am delighted to write a review for Newton Fallowell Estate Agents, Mansfield. They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I needed a property valuation to which this was carried out by their representative Tony. I found Tony to be very friendly and professional as upon his arrival he had extensively researched local house prices within the area. After doing a walk through of the property and giving his personal assessment I was pleased with the valuation price. I do feel I need to mention that Tony wasn t just an estate agent that day but a knight in shining armour has an elderly lady took a bad fall outside to which he immediately stepped in to call the emergency services and make sure she received the medical care she needed. If I m going ahead with the house sale it will be Martin and Co Chesterfield Lettings and Estate Agents I would choose.

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.

No application was received and saw on rightmove let agreed. It’s really not fair to be wasting peoples time going to viewings when they pick and chose who they want to apply. Definitely an estate agent to avoid.

29th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

Responded quickly to ensure an accurate description was listed. Viewings communicated quickly and sold within 2weeks

She was so helpful, kept us informed at every stage, and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening.<br>Finding the right estate agent was difficult as there are so many to choose from, but we are so glad we chose Haus. Becky came out to value our house and was lovely, very professional and extremely helpful. She never put any pressure on us or tried to push us into making a decision, which we really appreciated.<br>From start to finish, the whole process has been smooth and stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the service we have received.
