Right from the beginning they created a compelling advertisement with high-quality photography and descriptive text that paints a picture for potential buyers. They gave me regular updates and were in constant touch with me and buyer during the negotiation. 11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)After trying and failing to sell my property with another agent I randomly picked Hunters and I was so glad that I made that decision. Hunters showed more prospective buyers round in the first week than the first agents had done in five months! The property description was better, the photographs better and the communications with Ashley and his team were friendly, clear and rapid. Within 5 weeks I had two decent offers on my house and now I can move on with my life.
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)New Oak Estates have been an absolutely fantastic estate agents to deal with, and should I ever move house again I will definitely be using them. It wasn’t the easiest sale (not their fault) but nothing was ever too much trouble. I dealt mostly with Laura and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, chased when needed and was always very friendly and helpful. The whole team were always very polite and helpful too. I will be recommending them to everybody going forward. Thank you for helping to get this sale through for me.
3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid!! We have had very little interaction with this Estate agent in 2 months. We were warned not to go with them, lesson learned. They are masisvely understaffed and its very rare the phone is picked up.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I can highly-recommend Phil from EweMove Dronfield and would like to add mine to his long list of glowing reviews: First and foremost Phil is a nice bloke. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

I was kept fully up to date with the position my buyers were in regarding the conveyancing process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to use Temple Estates. After the personal support I have received I would not ever consider using a chain of agents again. Thank you once again Neil, Maggie and Harley ??????
