The bungalow was a probate sale and the buyer paid approx 20k less than the valuation however that was my choice to accept the offer as the executor of the property. Communication from Redbrik was excellent and they were very helpful and timely with responses to queries. I wish I had used them first.

Elle, our valuer did question if she had overpriced as a couple of other valuations were considerably less. On checking with her manager her valuation was correct, in fact Elle was spot on! Thank you to Hollie, Jess and Elle. A dream team!

Paul and the team were initially recommended to me by my brother who had used them and had a great experience selling his house. We had four agents come round, but only one stood out from the rest. That one was Oz Billings from EweMove. The other three agents seemed to have a set script almost robotised, also inflexible with their viewing times. We decided to go with EweMove in Anston. We felt instantly at ease with their representative Oz Billings. He gave us confidence with his knowledge and friendly manner. During the sales process, he was always on the ball, constantly giving us updates on how the process was going, day or night! Oz came up trumps on a professional but personal and friendly level. He is a credit to EweMove. Our sale went through although there were problems with our buyers' solicitors. Oz was even instrumental in helping to sort that out too. If you are going to sell your home in the Anston area, seriously consider using EweMove , and insist on the BRILLIANT Oz Billings! Huge Thanks & Hugs from Carol & Marie.

She helped me take my property away from another estate agency in Mansfield, who were undervaluing and mishandling the sale, and thanks to her hard work and guidance, I achieved the price I was aiming for. Lora was brilliant to work with - always communicative, open, and proactive. Even when solicitors needed chasing, she kept me updated every step of the way. It made a stressful process so much easier. A genuinely great experience from start to finish.

Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.
