From booking a property valuation, through to completion of the sale, everyone we dealt with was friendly, but professional & efficient. We were pleased with the sale price they achieved for us, & with the help of the solicitors that Mellor & Beer recommended, the sale went through smoothly & we were guided & kept informed throughout the process.

12th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Failed to market at the correct price bracket and review at the right times. Lack of online tools, tracking and reporting without chasing. Re-used old poor quality photos. Comms, follow-up and feedback poor.

19th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

15th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
