10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)From the moment I viewed to when I collected the keys, the team at Hunters was excellent. I have worked with them across branches, one in Sheffield and this one in Barnsley. There were regular updates and check-ins that made the process of buying relatively stress free.
5th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Georgia at BRH has been nothing short of excellent! Georgia was very friendly during our viewing of the property and answered all of our questions, even answered some before we had chance to ask, this just shows how intuitive Georgia is. Since the viewing which was Monday, two days later we had a tenancy agreement to sign and everything ready paperwork-wise for a move on the following Friday! Any questions we have had Georgia has promptly responded within the hour and in the one case she hadn't, she rang to apologise even though it was only a few hours later! Overall the experience during this whole process has been perfect and could not wish for a better person to handle it all for us!

We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

12th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful, awful experience. Blundells ruined my house sale, lied about the details and refused to engage with my complaint. They cost me 10 weeks, thousands of pounds and don't seem to care. Unprofessional, misleading and accountability resistant.

Easy to speak with and very well explained the process start to finish, any queries were answered quickly and they made sure you understood everything. Could not recommend them any higher, will use in future if I ever need to!

16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is the second time we have used Bloor; we didn't use them last time, but we did use them the time before that (read between the lines about the last one...). Same as the first time - competitively priced, sensible valuation, and quick to find us a buyer. We went on the market, got the asking price, and completed within 10 weeks. Neal, Joanne and Rachel are all very professional, very helpful and bent over backwards when we needed them to. Cannot recommend highly enough - we probably won't move again, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bloors again.

21st Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve sold two houses through Armitage sorbys estate agents , and I would highly recommend them , they went above and beyond to help me , paying attention to key elements I would have struggled with because I live in a different country, and had to do everything remotely, both times I met in person at the houses and went through all the detail and gave the keys over before leaving the country , there was so much done in my absence and I couldn’t have managed everything without they’re help , out of hours phone calls, help coordinating house clearance , even carpets and electric certs where resolved by them while I was not even in the country , if I could give six stars I would thanks again guys

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.
25th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)This is probably the worst letting agent in Yorkshire. Indecent people. Avoid them at all cost. If you're looking for a room to rent, try the spare room app. They change employees often because nobody wants to work with them. I can imagine why. The manager has low standards, culture, manners and no style apparently. Don't waste time on them. I have been woken up multiple times during the last few years by them, and they don't respect that I work on the night shift despite asking them not to do it. It is simple, but they like to play games. I tell everybody I can avoid them and my friends have the same opinion about this agent. I'll give you another example: the property had to go through an electrical installation assessment and receive an EICR certificate. The contractor did not receive keys for closed rooms on the property and had to visit the g8 office in the middle of the procedure. Don't you think that he should receive the keys before assessment? Don't you think that there are some serious communication issues in the office? Amateurism at full throttle. Next example: the carpet in one of the rooms in the property had to be replaced. Do you think this agent will make any arrangements with you or at least send notice? Forget about it. This requires too much effort. Do you work at night and sleep during the day? That's not a problem for them! They will send a contractor who will wake you up. Another example: don't keep your floor mop in the kitchen because the cleaner will steal it. That's what has happened to us. Another example: They aren't treating clients with respect. This time, they entered my roommate's room, grabbed his acoustic guitar and started singing. Of course, I was woken up. Is this normal? No it's not and that's clownery, low client standards. I would not handle my property to such amateurs. I suspect that they have bought reviews on google maps and when time comes I will escalate this. Stay sharp blunt G8.
7th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Steve came and assessed our property and did not pester us for a decision to us Nestledin. When we signed up pictures were taken and posted on Rightmove almost immediately resulting in viewings and a quick sale.Communication has been great all through the process

McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.
