Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. 28th May 2026 (29 days ago)We cannot thank Laura Phillipson enough for her perseverance, patience and persistence working through a very challenging and protracted sales process to finally bring it to a successful conclusion after 6 months, against odds tbat at times seemed insurmountable. Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom. Thank you Laura!! We recognise the skills you used and think you have a great career ahead of you - you are certainly a shining star in the branch! Ruby has also always been helpful and we recognise and appreciate her efforts also.

Kerry has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had. The lady who showed us around the property was also lovely and made the viewing feel relaxed and welcoming. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Gates Estates to anyone looking to rent a property.

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. We truly appreciate all of Debbie’s help and would highly recommend this letting agency to anyone looking for excellent service. - Michaela&jodie

I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.
