12th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

27th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)West Wales properties went above and beyond to sell two properties for me in Carmarthen. They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
