4th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

30th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)A bit disappointed with both the service provided and the communications throughout. During the entire 8 weeks, Irlams did not ring me once other that to give me the 2 sets of feedback and also to advise on the viewing on the final day. It was me who rang them to see if there had been any enquiries or interest. Irlams set the price, and I did indicate at the time that I was unsure about pricing. I was a bit swayed by their discounted price and maybe as they say in life, you get what you pay for. All in all, I have no clue why I did not get any further interest other than the details produced were really bang average.

7th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can not recommend this estate agent highly enough. We relocated from London to Hale and rented a property from JN Hilditch. Moving house is stressful enough but with the added stress of a xxxx of a ex landlord. The stress was increased somewhat. They were just amazing, had our back the entire way. Highly professional yet very friendly. Striking the perfect balance. Most of our dealings were with a lovely lady called Nina. But the entire team are wonderful. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service received ofter the contract was signed with the expected teething problems of moving, is also flawless.Ive never not received a reply from an email within hours. And usually with a solution. Bravo JN Hilditch. You completely smash the somewhat negative reputation of estate agents

16th May 2022 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

We sold our property back in July 2023 had a long chain but Woodhall’s were outstanding they kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond!! I have used Woodhall Properties in the past and they never disappoint. I’ve recommend them to family and friends who have also used Woodhall’s and been very satisfied and pleased. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market- 18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)James you are simply the best! Our sale fell through on 2 previous occasions and we took our house off the market for a short period. We came across James quite by accident. We were very impressed with the way he worked (the way we wanted our previous agent to work but wouldn’t) and we elected to use James even though we were well out of his area. The marketing James arranged was excellent and following the open day an offer was accepted. James personally did the viewings and 2nd viewings. James was available throughout the whole process by phone and whatsapp – keeping us updated throughout and even did the handover on completion. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer more helpful friendly person to guide us through this stressful time which was completed less than 12 weeks from selling. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending James Swithenbank to anyone selling their home. Thank you James
