Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support. Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

Very unprofessional to not put me on hold whilst discussing across the office details of the property and information which breaches GDPR. Abruptly ended the call in a rude and disrespectful manner when I asked for further information as the Rightmove advert did not correlate to what the agent was saying. Such a shame as have always heard good things, appreciate everyone is busy and the call started off nicely but very disrespectful to end.- 26th May 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bespoke Estate Agents so far on our journey to buying a property. From the very beginning, the whole team has been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Rob was brilliant during our first viewing. He was really knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Ally has also been amazing — keeping us updated with progress and arranging viewings quickly and efficiently. A special mention to Georgina, who showed us around two properties on Saturday. She was absolutely fantastic, answered every question we had, showed us everything we wanted to see, and really helped us get to the stage of putting in an offer, which has now been provisionally accepted. This is our first experience with Bespoke, and both me and my partner agree they have been outstanding throughout. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
