Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very happy to leave them to let my properties over a number of years. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to anyone.<br>They have also been extremely helpful in the recent sale of a property for me and, again, I would certainly recommend them.

We unfortunately ran into the problem of the Banks going down the day that our deposit was due - Daisy made it absolutely seamless and was so helpful with us we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent.<br>We were kept informed and up-to-date at all times and she’s just a lovely person!

From valuation to completion, they were on hand, helping link the buyers, sellers, solicitors to keep the sale on track. It was so helpful for us to have access to such a professional and experienced team.<br><br>The marketing , high quality photography and management of viewings ensured potential buyers had a good experience too.<br><br>Highly recommend Holmes Naden, well deserved 5* service and process.- 10th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We’ve seen 5 properties all shown by Georgie Fletcher who has been so unbelievably wonderful. Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information. It really meant a lot to us how empathetic she was when our original sale fell through. Would definitely recommend northwood and would be happy to have Georgie Fletcher show again.
21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Cherrie went above and beyond to answer my questions and allow me to fully explore the house on the first viewing of the property I eventually bought.<br>After both my initial offers were rejected by the vendor, Emma contacted me as soon as the first sale fell through, inviting me to make a further offer. Thereafter, she always provided prompt and courteous replies to all my emails and provided an appropriate amount of chasing of both me and my solicitor to ensure the sale could progress without any significant delays. Whilst the exchange of contacts/completion wasn't as stress free as I'd have hoped for, this wasn't any fault of Alan Lee. The fact remains that I still managed to move in to my new home less than 8 weeks after having my offer accepted. I'm extremely grateful to Alan Lee for their part in making this happen.
