13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

After a long time searching and viewing properties, Shari really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find our dream home.<br><br>From finding the property through to guiding us along the process, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. We really felt that we could trust her advice, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.<br><br>Shari, Daisy, James and the whole team have been exceptionally professional, trustworthy and discreet throughout, while still being genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Shari and the Jackson-Stops Alderley Edge team. 27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience dealing with Dev throughout my house purchase. From the initial viewings, which were always relaxed and gave me plenty of time to properly take in the house, through to agreeing the sale, he’s been great to deal with.<br><br>Dev helped with the negotiations and ultimately helped me agree a price I was really happy with. Although it’s been a relatively straightforward purchase with no chain, he’s still kept on top of things throughout, regularly chasing where needed and helping to keep the process moving.<br><br>He’s always been friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with, both in person and over the phone. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but Dev has made this experience very straightforward. I’d happily recommend Dev and the team at Gascoigne Halman Knutsford for house purchases and sales.
15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .- 2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Amazing service, bought an amazing house, communication beyond excellent, Steph was by far out the entire chain head and shoulders above the rest stopped the chain from collapsing and went above and beyond!! - 25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with the Macclesfield branch.<br>I approached them in May 2026 to market my property, a terrace in the town centre. They were initially responsive to me and organised a valuation very quickly.<br>The photos were arranged reasonably quickly, but I had to chase them after their initial deadline passed to get the brochure and listing ready. It was then posted on Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket.<br>In the meantime, I had agreed to an initial meeting with their mortgage advisor but somehow they mixed up my details and were phoning someone else with the same name - and they shared some of my details with the wrong person. There was no apology for this.<br>Using their app, I could see that my home had many views on Rightmove however this did not translate into viewings. After a couple of weeks I was contacted about a viewing and agreed to it despite it being on a day I had initially said I couldn't do, as the agent on the phone was quite pushy about it being this particular day. When the agent arrived it was someone who had never been to the property before and she was unprepared.<br>After no feedback or offer from the viewing, and no further viewings, I sent an email to the office to ask their advice as to how to generate some interest in the property. Someone called me back and left a voicemail, which I returned and was told they were unavailable but would call me back. They did not. I followed up via email, twice, to no response. In the intervening period I went into their office and found my property was not being advertised physically in the shop.<br>I therefore gave notice to the agent, which they are supposed to acknowledge. After a follow up email 2 days later, I phoned them 4 days after the initial notice was given to be told they couldnt find the notice letter in their inbox. Somehow it was then found but acknowledged with the wrong dates on it, so I had to phone again to get it adjusted.<br>The date the house was supposed to be withdrawn from market came and went. The house wasnt taken off the market, so I had to chase this up with them, too, until it was actioned. They have also not arranged to provide me my spare key back.<br>Overall, this was not a good experience. I understand the housing market is not fast moving at present however the communication and organisation of this estate agent was severely lacking in my experience.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

She organised excellent photos, put videos on social media and updated the listing periodically to keep it fresh. Her feedback was excellent and prompt and she did her best to get feedback after viewings and then followed up to see if any viewing might lead to a purchase.

Lucy who works in lettings has also been nothing but quick and responsive have we needed anything so a personal Thank you to her! Highly recommend!

As a landlord, it’s really important to have an agent who is reliable, responsive and keeps you informed, and I’ve found that to be the case throughout.<br><br>Debbie and Jason have both been particularly helpful and professional. They are friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions or deal with any issues that arise. I feel confident knowing that my property is being looked after and that I can rely on them when I need help or advice.<br><br>The whole team has made the letting process straightforward and stress-free, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jordan Fishwick to other landlords.

The guys made it happen, I rang after I found the property that was just what I needed for me and my boys and dogs and the team had us all in within just 5 days. Communication was clear and anything I needed to know there was an answer or even stuff after I’ve moved in to help sorting utilities out the team was there. Thank you 10/10 team!
