The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. She did what any good agent should do which is keep in contact with all the parties involved in the chain as well as chase the respective solicitors. She was excellent in her communiction with us and dealt with any issues that arose. I'm a Director in a national property firm so expected a high standard of service. Ella excelled.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From start to finish they kept me updated, were always easy to get hold of, and made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Towards the end of the sale, when things became particularly pressured, they were in constant contact, reassuring me and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>Karl and Rachel are both genuinely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, communication and support made such a difference, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work – I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my move over the finish line.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Neil in particular has been really responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They were always quick to respond to any questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy estate agent.
