The whole team were excellent, I particularly liked that the staff came round to see the house so they knew what the layout was before viewings took place. They secured a very quick sale. Sarah was very professional from the very first meeting, advising on the correct marketing strategy, price and securing the sale. Lucy was our point of contact for any queries or questions we had and gave weekly updates so we knew exactly what was happening during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate using them again

I was feeling very apprehensive about the process of having to move due to my personal circumstances and past experiences.<br>The entire process has been very straightforward. I expressed an interest in a property and was contacted immediately to arrange a same day viewing. I found Murray to be a really polite estate agent who made me feel at ease about the next steps. He was very empathetic to my situation and didn’t seem phased by me needing a guarantor - this is something I’ve found to be an obstacle in the past.<br>I’d been communicating with Lucy via email; who was also very polite. Lucy was very quick to respond to messages. She has kept me in the loop the entire process and this has kept my mind at ease.<br>The vetting process was very simple and effective; as we had a response the following day.<br>They appear to have a great relationship with both the client and the landlord and excel in communication. Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.

Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. Special thanks to Chris Tabner for the description and photos for the property and Natalie Jenkins for always being in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Would highly recommend this agent for their excellent service, friendly and welcoming approach and knowledgable. We have found our perfect home with their help and are so happy, thank you so much

23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

Neil in particular has been really responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
