Most recently, they helped me sell a property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support me through the process. Austin, Chris and Emma all offered thoughtful, reassuring advice throughout, and Emma in particular was absolutely wonderful – she guided everything from start to finish with such care and attention. She kept me regularly updated, was always friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience feel so much easier. Emma found a buyer incredibly quickly, which was amazing and I felt completely supported every step of the way. At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

Lorraine was brilliant, got us on the market next day, better price point than we had thought and sold it within 2 days. Emma was fabulous at guiding us through a sale and a new purchase, she kept us updated, also helped keep us calm when we needed support and saw us all the way through to completion. I wouldn’t sell my property with anyone else. Thank you Lorraine and Emma, you were brilliant and I would highly recommend you both to anyone and GH are lucky to have such exceptional people representing them.

They have been unfailingly friendly, helpful and understanding over the years and the different scenarios. We have now moved to our long-term "final" property in Poynton having become "empty nesters" and can look back and thank Richard for his efforts in constructing the "deal" that brought us to Poynton more than 25 years ago.
