23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I don't really write alot of reviews online. It's normal that when you have a good experience with a service or company we forget about these things but when something goes wrong we're the first to jump online and give bad feedback.
Bridgfords have been incredible right from the start! I'm currently in the process of moving back from Spain, so dealing with this company as made it really comforting considering I've not been on British soil for over 5 years. Stacey, right from the get go has constantly been so proactive with my needy emails! Her professionalism was second to none and it's so lovely to speak to a genuine person as well as this. Stacey and Bradley's knowledge regarding there industry really speaks volumes and they're an absolute credit to the company. Can't wait move into my new home with my Wittle kids and create some memories. All thanks to this place!
Well played guys ????????????????????????????????????
15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.
They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money
I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.
Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. Fortunately I'm a step ahead because I'm already in the business , made sure I had everything to fight with .

12th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Had excellent service from All The Staff at Priory Property Biddulph. Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.
We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Absolutely amazing service ??????
27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)????? Outstanding Service from Ellie at Reeds Rains!

We have had an absolutely amazing experience with Reen Reads, especially Ellie. As we are moving from London, the process has been a little challenging, and after dealing with several other agents from various other companies who were not particularly helpful, Ellie was a breath of fresh air.
She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the dates and all the other arrangements.
Ellie genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support.
I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and supportive estate agency. If you are looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, Ellie is definitely the person to go to! Thank you so much, Ellie!
18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, would use them again.
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs – Predatory, unprofessional, and condescending

I would highly discourage any tenant from renting with Northwood. Throughout our tenancy, staff were consistently condescending over the phone whenever we called regarding an issue.
After we moved out, they ignored our emails for weeks, then out of nowhere attempted to claim our ENTIRE deposit. They invented astronomical fees for a full-house deep clean, gardening, and damage.
Their claims directly contradicted their own official checkout report, which had already marked the bedrooms and living spaces as perfectly acceptable. Their contractor's invoice even illegally tried to charge us for the landlord's statutory smoke alarms!
When we raised an official TDS dispute, an agent actually called my wife at her workplace to try and intimidate her into dropping the claim.
We stood our ground, and the independent TDS judge instantly saw through their inflated figures, slashing their demand down and legally awarding us 70% back.
Be warned: they will treat you poorly on the phone, invent fake charges, and try to bully you into letting them keep your money. Keep everything in writing, take screenshots, and always use the TDS dispute process to protect yourself.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.Stephenson Browne - Newcastle-Under-Lyme

We had a few tech issues completing the online paperwork and Simon at the support company was incredibly helpful too, didn't stop until he resolved the issue.
