21st May 2026 (9 days ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
28th May 2026 (2 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul
11th May 2026 (19 days ago)Cannot thank Paula and Matt enough for their professionalism. They restored our faith in the process of selling and Paula went above and beyond when handling our sale. From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.
2nd May 2026 (28 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Your Move (Tunstall branch) estate agents. They were professional, friendly and always kept me updated through the process. What really stood out was their communication, they responded quickly to any questions and made sure I understood every step, as the solicitors I was using at the time not very responsive. They also went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future

I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. I can assure anyone reading this that this office is truly amazing, young fresh minds with Good Old Fashioned Values. Many Thanks P.S. 13th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. Ally was incredibly prompt in responding to emails, which made the whole process smooth and stress?free. During the viewings, Georgie was fantastic — personable, easy to talk to, and extremely informative. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and answered every question with confidence and warmth. Both Ally and Georgie made us feel completely at ease, and their customer service was truly outstanding. We came away feeling very well looked after and extremely impressed with the whole experience.
