John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .

17th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I chose GH initially because the property I wanted to buy was also for sale with another branch of GH, but when I met Lewis I found him very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of the local market invaluable. By taking his advice on where to pitch the asking price, my house generated a lot of interest straight away & I sold for significantly more than the asking price. It was great to have Lewis to deal with the offers for me at this stage. Finding a buyer is really only the start of the process, where I found I needed the support of GH most was the constant chasing of solicitors and other parties involved in order to get to exchange & completion. A big thank you to Joe too who won't be missing my daily calls!

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.

19th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

We sold our property back in July 2023 had a long chain but Woodhall’s were outstanding they kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond!!
