Communication was always clear, prompt and professional, and he kept me updated at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently and helpfully. Buying and moving house can be stressful, but Joe helped make the whole process as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice Kilbride to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. When I asked questions about the property, I was told that they were questions for the office, which left us feeling unable to get the information we needed during the viewing. We had several viewings with other estate agents today, and they were warm, friendly, and greeted us with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at this viewing. Both my husband and I felt that the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and we left feeling disappointed by the overall experience

Most recently, they helped me sell a property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support me through the process. Austin, Chris and Emma all offered thoughtful, reassuring advice throughout, and Emma in particular was absolutely wonderful – she guided everything from start to finish with such care and attention. She kept me regularly updated, was always friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience feel so much easier. Emma found a buyer incredibly quickly, which was amazing and I felt completely supported every step of the way. Katie was super responsive and helpful when I wanted to book a second viewing on the property and kept me updated and informed throughout the initial offer and acceptance process. She communicated upfront about her annual leave and guided me to who best to contact in her absence which was extremely useful and kept everything ticking over whilst she was gone. Thanks so much to everyone at Edward Mellor for their support so far!

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

Every member of the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. What really stood out was the family feel throughout the business. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was always someone available to offer support, guidance, and reassurance whenever it was needed. Selling a business can be a challenging and emotional process, but Helen and the team made the journey as smooth as possible. Their communication was excellent, their knowledge was invaluable, and their commitment to getting the deal over the line never wavered.
