29th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Reid and Roberts Wrexham were great from the word go, first to respond when the enquiry went out, loved the local knowledge and honesty - I needed to hear the good and bad to get the house ready for sale, highly professional, great communication and there to answer all my questions as this is the first sale I’ve made. Highly recommend them!
4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."
7th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.
