We were listened to and understood, supplied with an exceptional brochure to accompany their knowledgeable viewing representatives. We were always provided with full and accurate feedback information from viewings plus regular updates to current market information. When we received an offer, it came with the Partner's assessment and recommendation of how to proceed, along with ample help and attention through our exchange through to completion, Many thanks and compliments to the whole Cirencester team and we would definitely recommend Butler Sherborn.

13th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Very friendly staff, they did everyone of my viewings which was great as it ment I didn't have to take time off work to do them myself.
16th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Estate agent didn't bother to provide address or phone number that you could contact them on so after wasting £40 on fuel and 4 hours, estate agent didn't even bother to turn up. Claimed they were in the office below the house but didn't leave any indication anyone was present. Stood 15 minutes out in the cold and not once if they were there did they bother to check outside (especially if we didn't have a house number). Add on top the lying about street parking in the area making the travel useless even if they bothered to turn up. No real apologies just "we were there". There or not absolutely no effort to check we were there or help to find the property. Landlords avoid as no one will show future tenants around.

29th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Great experience, kept me updated continuously. Have moved several times over the years and these guys undoubtedly are the best, absolutely no complaints. What you expect from an estate agent but don’t usually get.
28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

19th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)In the beginning I was treated with keenness but once the property was advertised I received no feedback and had to keep chasing. I wasn’t even told I had a viewing which for me just added to the nonchalance of the overall experience. Sadly I feel quite disappointed by CJ Hole and would not consider using them again or recommending them.

Just how the property was advertised on Rightmove was different in terms of pictures and description. The property had previously been on the market with multiple Agents for 100+ weeks.

15th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.- 13th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Strakers kept finding us potential buyers and organising viewings despite three sales falling through. They were persistent, empathetic and kept in touch. They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.

8th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
