7th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Cirencester Butler Sherborn branch have just helped us buy our first house. From the moment we spotted the property on their Instagram post to the time we picked up our keys, communication was excellent and efficient. We also used the agents recommended solicitors for the house sale and they were super fast and very quick at arranging everything along with answering queries. Sophie & Lucia at Butler Sherborn have been very attentive and we cannot fault them, thank you! Mr & Mrs Chamberlain

26th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Rang in the morning to book a viewing as was keen to see a property, was told someone would call back shortly, I also asked if the property was still available and it was. Just over an hour and a half and no call back, rang again but I wouldn’t get put through to sales. Eventually got a call back and a very blunt women said sorry is sold subject to contract so can’t get a viewing. Which is fair enough but the tone it came across was not the best. Didn’t even get offered any other properties, or get asked what my budget or type of property I was looking for. Clearly not wanting to sell properties to anyone.

In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. Poppy and I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Hungerford area.

He took time with the brochure, taking excellent photographs and writing thoughtful descriptions detailing the distinct character of our home. He is highly professional; he listened to our needs and responded well at every stage of the process.
14th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We sold our Cirencester property with Sharvell Property, they were professional, friendly and during a point where the market was starting to become more difficult (Dec ‘22) they were steady and consistent ensuring we were communicated with at all times (a breath of fresh air from past experience) I would highly recommend selling your property with this team.

From the outset, there was no bull about a list of twenty people waiting to view just a clear plan on how to best market the property. Photos arranged and then marketed appropriately, not just on Rightmove. Viewings limited to proceedable buyers so the quality of viewings resulted in a 3 day sale.

In this time that have been nothing but professional and efficient at a reasonable price. Dean and Tamlin have always been easy to contact and I could not of asked for anything more from an agent. 12th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Went in slade to ask about a property, they said they would to try to get us a viewing 3 months later were still waiting, so unprofessional how they are still going is beyond me.? In reply to your response there is no confusion on our part only on your part, the guy in question could not really be bothered with us, total waste of space as a estate agent don't go there.?

Gemini House, 23 Hargreaves Road, Swindon, SN25 5AZ(28 reviews)8th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)After pulling out of the sale of 17 Widham Purton Wiltshire due to the fact that the seller (18 Widham. Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
