Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

16th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Appalling service. We signed up with these awful agents for 20 weeks! What a nightmare . Sam over priced our home but we went with what he suggested. Weeks on with no viewings I called him, I emailed him, I left messages with staff. At one time I called and was told Sam and his manager were out delivering leaflets! That’s the type of rubbish they tell you!( or it could be true!) We wanted our price lowered as they valued it too high. They ignored our requests completely. They are appalling. I even left a message to tell them what a discussing service they were. Not one person called back to at least try to talk it through! We are planning on selling and will be back on the market when the time is right and we have already found our agent to market our home. She’s completely different to Sam from fox and sons. No bull. Just plain talking. I say be very careful if you sign a contract with these awful estate agents. They will ignore you. Appalling service from Sam and Millie.However, on the flip of the coin I would like to thank them whole heartedly as now I have learnt a very hard lesson as to not get sucked into the bull that falls out of some peoples mouths.
19th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.
8th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Offer accepted on some land, the vendor withdrew from the sale as is their prerogative. The agent chose not to pass the info on for over a week. Unprofessional behaviour.

Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.
