Initially with property valuation from John, who was very honest with his advice and knowledge of the area and the sales process. John was fantastic through the whole sales process, finding me a genuine buyer and keeping me informed along the way. He helped keep the chain together with both the sale and my purchase of a new home, without John we wouldn't have met the demands and time lines given to us. Would never hesitate to use Austin Hawk again, Thanks again to John and the wider team.

I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)After my husband died I signed up with Charters to help me move from East Sussex to the Alresford area to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter had bought her property through Charters and from day one I found everyone, particularly Fred and Ryan, very professional, kind and pro-active. They understood exactly the type of property, location and, most important of all, the setting I wanted and although the property I’m now in the process of buying is registered with another agent, which is a great shame, the level of regular contact from Fred was exceptional. I cannot recommend Charters highly enough.

17th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. I would recommend Bournes to anyone looking for an estate agent that offers that little bit extra.

They found a buyer for my property after three weeks and although the transaction proved to be more complicated than anticipated, the support I received from Amanda at Sparks Ellison was critical and much appreciated in helping to reach the finishing line. I also bought a property through Sparks Ellison and their professionalism and excellent communication from all their staff illustrated their high level of engagement with their clients. Wouldn't use another estate agents.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Through to sale agreed, exchange and completion. Expectations with all parties were well managed and they went above and beyond to make sure important documents were delivered. I would highly recommend using White & Guard, and their Fair Oak office especially. Thank you to the team there.

Luci very quickly gained our trust proving to be a straight talking and hard working lady. She was literally on hand anytime we needed help or reassurance even answering messages when she was on holiday. She will tell you how it is, not what you’d like to hear and is totally reliable. No hesitation in recommending her to family or friends.
3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I really appreciated Kristian's (Brockenhurst Oakley branch) support on the emotional and very stressful task of selling my home of 32 years. It wasn't a straightforward process due to the challenging constraints of the shared ownership scheme my house is part of. But he was always confident it would sell once available on the open market (confirmed by 3 asking price offers in the end) and kept a steady stream of potential buyers coming through the house. Myself and my husband are both people who don't like the 'salesy/patter' side of these sorts of transactions so really appreciated Kristian's frank opinion and advice style. Thank you for all that you did Kristian- we got there in the end!
