Even though we put the house on the market over Easter weekend, the process was done quickly and with good communication. We had regular updates and the staff were friendly and helpful.
6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)In all our dealings with Jackson-Stops we have always found them to be honest, helpful, and extremely realistic on house prices, not over inflating prices just to win business. They also give every purchaser a fair chance organising proper viewing schedules for properties. All the staff are very knowledgeable about each property also so whether I get Ginny, Alex, Victoria or another member of staff I always get my queries answered if not immediately then certainly the same day. An extremely refreshing and much appreciated attitude from an estate agent!

19th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.

Great energy, really focused, well thought out strategy/campaign. Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.
