24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.
5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Not a good experience liaising with the lettings dept.Rental clients always seem to be made to feel of little value and like cattle fodder despite some of our professions and social standing being way higher than the individuals we have to deal with to look for a home.

(2 reviews)13th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Having let my 1st house with Rhys and his team I was assured by Rhys that it was in safe hands. How wrong I was. It turns out that he had not put the tenants deposit in a protection scheme so when the tenant stopped paying we could not get her out through the courts and she ended up wrecking the house which in turn turned into a house that dealt drugs. Tried to complain to the Ombudsman and it turns out he was not registered to any of them. Two laws broken to my knowledge. Had a CCJ upheld against him only for him to have it taken away on the basis he said "I didn't get the paper work". Likely storey. What love I did have for my families first home was destroyed by this person and company. I have now had a number of people contact me asking about me experience with him. Including one he is friends with on social media. Would rather deal with a pirate. Avoid.

Graham is extremely experienced at selling going concerns and navigated us through the sale process with great communication and professionalism. From going on the market to the sale completing was less than 3.5 months. Thanks so much for a great service.

The valuation was 'spot on' and communication throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, was first rate. Sound advice was given with care and consideration at 'tricky' moments in the process; this allayed fears and reduced stress! Thank you again to you all.
20th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Not very happy with the way Kerb Apealz dealt my property as the floorplan room sizes were incorrect and took over a week to correct after I took the room sizes myself and gave them to agent.
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
