19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.
23rd Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Sophie and Finn were amazing all the way through the process of buying my first home. So helpful always keeping me in the loop, they genuinely care about the seller and the buyer. Would highly recommend Stratton Creber to anyone buying or selling.
19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Having sold a few properties in my time i must say Teneil Lobb is by far the best, from viewings right up to completion i was kept up to date, she pushed my buyer, and both solicitors ( and me occasionally) The sale would not of completed without her. Many thanks Teneil hope to deal with you again.
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)A good job well done.
1st Oct 2026 (29 days ago)We were very fortunate to have Dean at Stags selling our house for us. During what turned out to be a tricky, drawn out sale Dean was constantly in touch, keeping us up to date and being very supportive. His advice was always helpful, although never forced on us, and this resulted eventually in a successful sale.<br>We don't intend moving again but, if we change our minds, we'll definitely go to back to Stags.
27th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)The staff at Jackson stops Cornwall go above and beyond as estate agents to help you with selling. Charley, in particular, is a fantastic agent and she really puts her all into helping with coordination of sales and viewings. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat if you’re looking to list your house.
17th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Phoebe and indeed all the staff working in Millers, Truro were a pleasure to deal with, both in selling my late mother's property and with me purchasing my current. Highly recommended by me!
28th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)I have used Clive Pearce Property to sell a few properties in recent years . They have very helpful, supportive and informative throughout the selling process and I would thoroughly recommend them .

24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have been working with Will and the team for many years now and have always found them extremely knowledgeable and professional and would recommend them to anybody considering renting out a property.
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)From property description, through viewings, negotiations and final completion, the team at H Tiddy handled our sale with efficiency and care. In particular, Gail Chenoweth was always on hand to answer our questions, to reassure us and to facilitate communication with the buyers and our respective solicitors - and all was done with patience, tact and charm. Thank you!- 9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolute delight dealing with Jack from Hunkin Homes. Always promptly replied to my emails, and any queries I had. Highly recommended when looking for an estate agent. A****
26th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Just completed the sale of my house and thoroughly recommend James Cane estate agents and in particular Tommy Lumley. Having been on the market with another agency for over a year switched to James Cane and it was a revelation. A practical, hands on, no drama approach. With very sound advice found a buyer within a few weeks. Once again sensible advice through the process of negotiation and selling saw a successful completion. Well done.
