7th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

She was really easy to talk to, friendly, and made everything feel very straightforward and stress-free. Abi explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. She also helped point us in the right direction when it came to finding a mortgage advisor, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, she was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, and I couldn’t recommend her enough ??????

11th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.
21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

23rd May 2026 (16 days ago)Martin & Co was the only angecy that really helped me and my partner with our house search. We lived 3 hours away from Cornwall and arranging house viewing with other agencies was very challenging (appointment from one day to another, no possibility to rearrange or zero response). Kyle from Martin & Co was so helpful, he tried to make arrangements for us and we got a place to rent at the end. The whole process has been easy, clear and super friendly. The admin that has been following us, Katy, has been so kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co from my experience so far.

25th May 2026 (14 days ago)After 35 years as a Conveyancing Solicitor , having dealt with 4,000 or more house sales , i chose to entrust James Cane with the sale of my family home. All I can say is that my expectations were far exceeded by the very personal and indeed most professional attention given to my matter by the firm and particularly by Tommy Lumley. From the start Tommy went out of his way to get to know not only the property but also my Wife and I so as to best manage the emotionally charged process of valuing /marketing /negotiating / agreeing a sale and then proactively seeing the sale of our family home of 30 years through to the day of completion. At all times we were kept informed and felt totally confident in leaving Tommy to proactively progress the sale for us. Always on top of and indeed ahead of matters it was only 12 weeks from first marketing to handing the keys over , you could not ask for more. Quite simply one of the best Estate Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with .
