19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We were selling a riverside property and approached Waterview and another, ordinary estate agent. Waterview's valuation was substantially higher than the other agent. We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.
21st Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Anthing more than one star i believe to be written by themselves or someone still fooled by Darren. The most dishonest man in Addlestone. Reported to trading standards and has several CCJ’s but folds the company but keeps the Edward Barclay trading name. Check him out on companies house and avoid him at all cost. One day he’ll do it to the wrong person.

From the initial, straight-forward and honest first meeting and valuation, through to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Russell, David and the team. Cantell are an independent estate agents that know the Richmond market well and provide honest advice. We would happily recommend and use Cantell again if we need to in the future.

He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay. Highly recommended - a nice guy who goes the extra mile for his clients.

Oscar was very professional, but also upfront and honest on all levels, he also seemed to have a 6th sense about prospective buyers and his advice always worked out to be the best. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
