The star of the show is Darrell who secured the sale keeping me informed making the process smooth and stress free. We gave Darrell our requirements for our new property and it was not long before he found us our home and negotiated a great deal for us. He kept us informed about every development and explained complex details. Promptly answered my calls, emails. Even when there were delays in exchange, she kept everything moving by coordinating between the different parties and always kept us updated. Thanks to her efforts, everything went through successfully in the end. We’re very grateful for her support and would definitely recommend Rochills to anyone buying or selling in the area.

8th Nov 2025 (9 days ago)Myself, partner and small baby moved into our new house this evening and cannot express how magical it feels to finally be in our new family home. I first met Justine Davies when I purchased my first one bedroom flat a couple of years ago and she was incredible with my first home buying experience. I felt so out of my depth and was put straight at ease as soon as Justine took control of my first steps onto the property ladder. I knew from this experience that if I were to ever sell the flat, Justine would be the person who would sell it. I cannot put into words how incredible this woman is at her job! In fact it’s not her job, you can feel how much Justine lives and breathes the property industry, and when your making the biggest purchase of your life you kind of want somebody who knows what they’re doing! I contacted Justine some months ago regarding putting my flat on the market due to having a baby and within a couple of weeks my flat was sold. I cannot believe how quickly it all happened. Justine took her genuine time to ask about my baby and I’m actually sad to know our regular contact will be coming to an end now we have moved into our new house! I can’t imagine ever going through this process without her. Justine is very quick with responses, chasing outstanding queries and also incredible with helping wherever it is that she can which is way more than many estate agents will ever do. Whenever I had questions she was available to answer them with honesty and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to advising on all the serious stuff. We are genuinely so grateful to have had Justine look after our property sale and couldn’t have done it without her. We would like to say thank you so much for everything you have done for us a family and making our dreams a reality. 26th Oct 2025 (22 days ago)We’ve viewed several properties in the Woodham, Woking and in particular Horsell. We had a fantastic experience with Seymour’s Estate Agents in Horsell. Serena was brilliant from start to finish — really knowledgeable about the Horsell area and always quick to follow up with sellers to get answers to our questions. She gave us great local info about schools and transport, and her team of show-round guides were professional, friendly and well informed about the houses they were showing and the sellers situations and aspirations. You can tell she runs a really well-organised office. Would highly recommend Seymour’s Horsell if you’re buying or selling locally — they truly go above and beyond!

The communication throughout was brilliant and Katherine went the extra mile to help prepare the property for sale when no one from our side was available to do so. Poppy showed commitment and tenacity in helping push some difficult buyers and lawyers into exchanging and completing the sale. A really brilliant experience, highly recommended.
12th Nov 2025 (5 days ago)We contacted Mark at Seymours to help sell our empty property after being let down by another big estate agents in Staines. Mark came out, gave us an honest opinion, and said he could sell our property within 4 to 6 weeks. We thought, “Here we go again,” as this was the third agent we’d tried — but he truly delivered. Within a week, and even before the property was marketed online, we already had several viewings lined up. After only 21 days, we had accepted an offer. All the staff at Seymours were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their dedication and expertise really set them apart from others. Alan went above and beyond, replying to emails and queries outside of working hours taking our situation into account. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As we’d already moved away from the area, Seymours even went around on completion day to take gas and electric meter readings for us, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Honestly, the only downside is that we wish we’d found them sooner! They don’t charge for ID checks, and you really feel like an individual, not just a number. Highly recommend Seymours – a fantastic team who truly care about their clients.

17th Oct 2025 (4 weeks ago)It was an absolute pleasure dealing with mint homes. Everyone is sooo friendly. Very reactive and always on the lookout to move things forward. From the first warm hearted viewing with Sally through to the attentiveness of Nicole throughout the sale, I could not have been in better hands as a first time buyer. Nicole was fantastic in communicating between the parties and making sure both parties chase the right people. I believe the sale would have taken much longer if it was not mint homes and their caring nature!
