From the very beginning, the team demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Kathy and Cheryl were particularly outstanding. Their expertise in the local market was invaluable, and they guided me through the process with patience and care. Even when faced with challenges, their professionalism and grit never wavered. They were always available to answer my questions, provide guidance, and offer support. I recommend the Weybridge office of Hamptons to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

I had a long chain to deal with, he kept the vendor posted through the entire duration. When he was on holidays, I was ably supported by Ben. Highly recommended. Stuart found professional tenants and provided reliable management service at a reasonable fee for the last few months. He is on top of various deadlines for gas safety certificate etc and provides timely updates. Highly recommend.

21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Aspen Estate Agents have been amazing right from the beginning when Alex came to value our flat, through to Clayton always being friendly and available to have a chat, show us properties and consider our individual needs when viewing a property, Ryan who did viewings on our flat for us and got us sold asap!! And then Caitlyn, the one person who I can say sorted things out swiftly, was always on it, and got us through to exchange quite quickly! She went above and beyond and worked hard on the chain, even when that was not her job to do. Very friendly, approachable and transparent! A great team, would highly recommend them (and I already have!)

11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Liam and his team have been great with my sale. Out of all the estate agents I reviewed he was the most personable and honest. My sale has been difficult with various sales falling through for different reasons but Liam has managed to secure a buyer quickly without applying pressure on me to drop my price each time. I also had to pull out of a chain sale twice, and the first time Rob was amazing at keeping me calm and buying me time to decide what I wanted to do. Great people skills. The sales progression team agent Sarah has been amazing. I’m now at the stage where exchange has happened and it’s a few days from completion and I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t think I could have done this without her and Liam’s support and chasing. Even with our new purchase Liam responded instantly and helped with making sure we could prove our sale had gone through. Something which he didn’t have to do as quickly as he did as it doesn’t benefit him. Thank you again I would use Laurels again!

8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)Avoid at All Costs - Unprofessional and Unreliable I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Seymour’s in Walton. After booking a house viewing with their agent, I arrived at the property only to find out that the agent had not even confirmed the appointment. When I called the agency to clarify, they initially tried to claim that I had never contacted them, which was absolutely untrue. Eventually, they admitted that there was already an offer on the house, making my trip completely pointless. This level of disorganization and dishonesty is unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they conduct the rest of their business. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. They clearly have no respect for their clients or the industry. Don’t waste your time with them!
