17th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)I have rented through two previous estate agents and it was definitely third time lucky with Burns and Reid, never had any issues, the one time I needed a minor repair in the property it was delt with the same day. I can't recommend them highly enough, they could definitely teach other estate agents how to do the job in a professional and caring manner.

3rd Sep 2023 (1 year ago)I used Edwards Grounds Westbrook to sell my property. I can’t fault them. They were always responsive when I had questions and actively promoted my property with prospective buyers in the same price range. The first sale fell through and they promptly put it back on the market again and it was sold again within a week. I would definitely recommend them.

Confusing communication post sale.- 1st Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)We sold my mother's property with Belvoir Warrington. They were excellent, going over and above. No heavy sales pitch at the beginning. Chased all parties including solicitors. Communication was great throughout and if we needed advice, they were there. They made this sale much less painful than it could have been.
