Wasn't the most straight-forward transaction, but Jenny and Rebecca supported us from start to finish, and provided an excellent service. They helped us resolve the many and various issues that arose with endless good humour and patience.
21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

22nd Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)I’ve rent the one bedroom property in Finsbury Park via Sonia Estates and all process was smoothly completed. There were some issues with boiler, bathtub and other small things but they’ve handled quickly. They are very reliable and responsive. Each time when I’ve called they answered or got back to me in 5 minutes. Very happy to deal with them. Thank you to all office workers and landlord. All the best.
