21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.

Definitely worked well and constantly kept us in the loop and made sure they communicated and updated us regularly always engaging and speaking at length. Much better experience than with some other local agents we have had. Already recommended to friends who have signed up with them.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

The whole process from start to finish was 2 weeks! Thank you to George and all at Savills Rickmansworth.

17th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Very rude staff, never giving updates unless called and even then don’t have updates for weeks, even then are very rude and condescending. Would not recommend at all and will not be using them in future.
24th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)I really wouldn't recommend Signature Estates unfortunately. Selling a flat, no chain other than buyer and seller (us) for one vacant property. Sold at beginning of May22 still not completed by 24/08/2022 - last contact from Signature Estates was at the beginnjng of August. Send numerous emails, no response. Left 3 phone messages, no response. Very little activity, that we can see or are aware of by Sugnature Estates to support the sale. On their "sellers portal" last update for us the sellers was June 2022, last update on buyers progression is stated as July 2022, now being 24/08//2022. It has been extremely hard work with Signature Estates - PLEASE BE AWARE!

It was unfortunate the house was put up for sale just before the mini budget which was very unhelpful as this then increased the cost of borrowing enormously for potential buyers.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
19th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)What a great team! James especially when we were buying our house in Chorleywood. The solicitor was incredibly slow, so slow in fact that after months of ringing (the solicitor) every day, we were about to loose the chain. At this point I realised we would need to find another solicitor— but that was proving impossible as the deadly slow solicitor problem was widespread. James came up with a solution — at last we had a solicitor with a Secretary instead of a junior clerk looking at emails once a week. Our house purchase went through. What a mission buying this house turned out to be! James worked so hard.
