26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)They “don’t do floor plans”, and don’t know how big their properties are. I was transferred to a receptionist after asking about the property size… They’ve “sold properties for 30 years” this way. They had a property for sale in Harrow but hadn’t actually seen it in person. They did not know anything about the seller either. I’m not sure how the property was even priced without any of this in place. They were inflexible with viewings because they did not want to “make frequent trips” to the property. Overall a waste of time. I feel sorry for the vendor.

21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.

19th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)So far my experience with imagine has been amazing! Offer accepted over asking within a few working days of the property being online. Marketing was fab, with photos taken on the day of the valuation and then a video tour taken by Nikki for their social media. The post offer service has also been excellent and forward thinking, with a WhatsApp group created for ease of communication. A very modern and positive estate agent to work with - a breath of fresh air!

15th May 2023 (1 year ago)From day one they were totally professional, nothing was too much trouble. Although the sale is not quite finalised yet,they have kept me informed as to the progress. I would recommend them to anyone.

13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
